Went for a specific part, the first CS rep was trying his best, but did not understand what I needed. He went to get a manager, waited 10 min for the manager, she seemed to buzz around looking, but not accomplishing anything, for 15 min. Finally I was told that the part is unavailable by itself and must be purchased as an assembly. IMHO, it seemed to be a lot of "show" of service, but they did it politely and well, just long and drawn out.

I will drive 100 miles out of my way to Runnings for service and selection. Since there store Manager Chad has left this store has gone downhill not to mention has people who dont understand English very well
