HORRIBLE! Me and my fiance and his brothers came into the Pet store looking for hermit crabs, we saw puppies in the window so naturally we went to go pet them. Then a employee comes in there and yells "DID YOU PUT HAND SANITIZER ON?!" "uh no sir we didnt know we had to." "WELL DID YOU EVEN GET PERMISSION TO BE IN HERE?!" "uh the door was open this is our first time here..." So freaking rude! then as we went into the store we noticed that there was only 1 crab and WAAYYYY overpriced! as we started to leave my fiance saw a sign that said "you may only pet the puppies if you are going to buy one." Ridiculous! not to mention the place was waaayyyy out dated and smelled worse than the average pet store! Horrible employees Horrible smell Horrible prices Horrible experience!

My children and I went in looking for guineau pigs. There were three in a cage and we were told they were all girls. We picked out two guineau pigs and then picked out one big cage and then bought the supplies and food that they needed. At the checkout, I asked the employee to please double check and make sure that I had 2 girls. I wanted to guarantee that they were not of the opposite sex. He held each one up and told me that yes they were both girls. Well you can guess how this story ends! After a while we noticed one getting a little chubbier. Well I went online and looked up how to tell the boys from the girls, held them up, and sure enough, we had a boy and a girl! So I was very frustrated and very disappointed!

Forget the superstores where the help, if you can find them, rarely knows anything about what to do with which fish or small pet. The folks at Pet Kingdom really love what they do and it shows! They can answer all your questions, and give you the information you need to make the best decisions. Plus, their prices are more than competitive-they beat the competition hands down! And, they are always happy to help with your questions after the sale! This store is a hidden jewel! Once you shop here, youll be hooked!

LOVE LOVE LOVE stopping in at the Pet Kingdom! I always have had FANTASTIC customer service! The owner always has a answer to all my questions. My kids love visiting the store and the employees always make us feel welcome, sometimes even letting the kids feed the giant Parrot fish :) The selection of fish is outstanding and the what they dont have available for me they order right away! Nothing beats small town customer service.

Amazing place. Got my entire tank set up here and Im going to buy another to set up a brackish water tank Im so excited Kern is the best and hes always super helpful. I love my fish and the pets there are always so well cared for. Best place in Nebraska to go for great service and hospitality.

I have been to pet kingdom many time and prefer them by far over petsmart or any of the other big chain stores. now that they under new management it has been good. the cages and tanks were clean and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. will definitely be returning.

We got our entire fish tank set up there. We have always had good guidance from them and always walk out with more, quality fish for our tank. As far as the smell in the other comments...guys, they sell animals and have like 50 full tanks in there. What did you expect?

Employees are rude, place is dirty, never have what we need in stock, overpriced for what they do have. Went in there a few times, bad experience every time. One time, they had their kid sitting in the goldfish tank. Haha wish I was joking.

Ill be honest with yea, they have great staff and are very helpful, but the fish are always a hit an miss with how long theyll last. This is my second time now that my fish survive a couple days before dying. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Kern is really nice and helpful. I have a 65 gallon, a 55 gallon, and a 10 gallon tank and he has everything I need. If there is something there that you want and he doesnt have he can order it for you

Decent products my boyfriend and I go in there often to get guppies and hes usually very pleased Ive gotteb two hermit crabs from them no complaints I other than the smell when you first walk in.
