I used to like this store, but they hired a young mixed fella, and the last time I visited there he was extremely loud and seem to be trying to put on some kind of comedy show or something . The customer in front of me looked perturbed as this worker asked him why wasnt he smiling . When I walked up he was talking to me in an extremely loud voice and I have PTSD due to multiple deployments and truthfully I just wanted to run out of there as fast as my legs could possibly carry me . I would ask management there to please ask this person to stop trying to put on comedy shows and just sell dog food , his job is to be courteous kind and helpful to customers and instead he came off very offputting loud offensive and annoying . Hopefully they will remedy this issue as neither my wife or I feel comfortable visiting the store at this point if this Employee is working there.

I must say, I just had the best experience Ive ever had at a pet store. My 9 month old puppy suddendly refused any of her training. I came here and was shown the best tools to help curb that behavior. I was also shown how to properly use them and told what I should be doing at home. The associate that helped me was (I believe) Brenda. It amazed me how knowledgable everyone was. They also then helped me carry my 50 pound dog food in the car. I would definitely go here again, Im so impressed.

Little pricey for what you get. Usually can find same stuff at Walmart cheaper. But they have great fish variety. Just know what your looking at and for, fish almost always have Ick. Great nice staff. Hit and miss on the knowledgeable ones. Great location and usually stocked.

this place is awful!!!! Most of the Staff dont know what they are talking about, a lady named susan was extremely rude to her employee who was helping me which by the way was the only knowlegable kind person in this over crowded messy chaotic store!

I go here often! Always helpful people. Lots of knickknacks to choose from as well as some larger products. But they have taken away a few of the products I personally needed most.. (feeder mice). Still a good store.

Large selection. Friendly and helpful employees. Directed us to other stores (feed supply stores) for what we needed that they didnt have (hay, chicken feeders). They have all the normal pet supplies and more though.
