Went to this store today to buy one more 6.5 pressure treated wood pole to finish of a project I have going, had already bought 6 from the store down on 82nd just needed 1 more. So I go in and go back to the yard and grab 1 of these poles and go back up to the register pay for it and the kid gets out the book to looks it up, we find the poles and start scrolling down and get to the 6.5 ones and I say "There thats it" and he looks at the pole in my hand and says " no, no thats taller than that Im 510" and its much taller than me" to which I say " no its a 6.5" pole it came off that stack and Ive already bought 6 of them so I know what it is" at which point he continues to want to argue with me. Not in any mood to argue with some punk kid over how tall the damn pole is, I take it back out to the yard and put it back on the pile of 6.5" poles and walk the hell out. I will not be returning to Tractor Supply for anything, I will take my business to Home Depot, its a farther drive but at least I wont have to argue with the staff.

Well, first of all I would like review the review by Kenneth Waggoner......If you need a good laugh this is the one to read! First of all Mr. Waggoner there is a big difference between 6.5" and 6.5.....and if we are speaking of exact measurements it would be 66" and spoken as 6 feet 6 inches or 6.5" and spoken as 6 inches and 1/2 of an inch......... the "punk", as you put it, was right and you were wrong. The pole was much longer than 6.5" (6 inches + 1/2 of an inch) Anyway, this Tractor Supply store is outstanding. They are always professional, helpful and friendly. If there is anything that I need they are always willing to get it for me and they match prices!!!! I highly recommend shopping there!

I went to Tractor Supply looking for a new lawn mower. My old one had broken down and I couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. During my visit I was talking to a man about the quality of the products, he seemed very knowledgable about the mowers. He even gave me some advise to what might be the cause of my own problems with my broken lawn mower. I didnt buy anything that day but went home and tried the mans advise and BAM baby started up like a charm. I will be buying all my lawn and garden supplies from tractor supply from now on! thanks for the great service and advise
