Kat (cashier) is a horrid woman. She was a witch in person, was clearly annoyed with questions, & she hung up on a customer when I was at the register. She said "youre just gonna have to come in!" & hung up. I can usually get what I need there, except today. I was the target of her annoyance today! I called, asked about an item, & she said, "no, we dont" & hung up as i was about to ask if she knew where I could go for it. It is worth the drive in to San Antonio to avoid her.

Stuff is a little pricey and most of the staff is usually kids with little know-how, so dont expect advice. They do have a large selection and very convenient store hours for people who have day jobs. Im probably at some TSC atleast 3 times a week for feed, tractor parts, fence supplies, and most other repairs of sorts that i dont want to drive far because of. Chances are they have what you need and are probably open, just bring a little extra cash for the convenience.

Called the store for assistance for a purchase, employee was outside but would go inside to check on the merchandise being purchased. For 15-20 minutes, heard him through the phone flirting with the girls, talk to other customers and employees. Totally forgot I was on the line so I hung up. Lost sale. No wonder this TSC has such a low rating comparison to others.

The cashier was rude and ornery. She needs an adjustment... Blonde lady in grey t-shirt and old gentleman helping her with display and chickens very nice. They need to ask if you have rewards. The customer shouldnt have to constantly remember. Most stores with a rewards program ask their customers!

Good overall selection. They have a little section right in front with different tools around the store. Also, their dog food brand 4health is an inexpensive alternative to the costly name brands of healthy food.
