We went in the door there were three young ladies at the counter talking to each other.There was a young man who was doing his job feeding the animals, he greated us and excused his self. We walked over to the fish and waited 10 to 15 minutes. No one came over to help us or to even talk to us. A drunk came in and they were all over him to sell him some thing. To make it worse on the way out after i lost my temper and told my husband lets go.The girl walked by us while we were going out the door and said do you need help? i told her we waited 20 minutes and no one could be bothered so we will go some where else. They cost this company about $400.00 today because that is what we had to spend ,and i will tell all the people i know and i work in the public so that is a lot about how rudely we were treated, i will never come back and do not advise others to do so . They dont know fish at all. The girl with horrible eyeliner and tattoos argued with me that you cant cycle an aquarium without fish. She also claimed all of the cichlids they have werent for sale and theyre on the back wall as theyre sick. Um, the rams and angelfish are cichlids which is what I was looking at, theyre in a different section. Ill go elsewhere. Dont waste you time.

I had been to this store back when it was Jacks a few times but since the remodel have gone there exclusively. The store is clean and modem and all the staff are friendly and helpful. They suggested a Change in food and after looking it up I went from a 4 star food to a five! Smells good enough to eat myself and all my dogs love it!

The selection is kind of small when it comes to looking for harnesses for small dogs. Not everything was tagged and that made it harder finding the price for a harnesses I was looking at. The items that are tagged, the prices are a little more expensive then I would like to pay.

Dont buy any fish here. The fish I got there contaminated both my tanks killing every one of my African cichlids and most of the fish in my community tank. Ill never buy anything else there. In addition to all this, the customer service was not great.

Dont bother wasting your time here. The fish have ich, they never have large crickets, third time in a row not having crickets. Done with this place.

Huber Heights Store was very clean, staff is was extremely nice, professional and helpful. More importantly my dog loved it there.
