I had issues with the whole process from the very beginning including... -having to exchange the loveseat twice because of the recliners breaking -return a chair because the movers ran into a wall with it coming into my apartment -the loveseat had threads coming out of it all over the place and the mover tried to burn them off when a lighter... on a leather couch... -getting late notices with fees from the billing service after the money had already been drafted out of my account via monthly auto payments, twice and not being able to ever speak to anyone who speaks clear english -after buying furniture set, saw exact same set in different store for hundreds less -after only having the couches for a year the stuffing has already shifted, 3 springs have already fallen out of the recliners, 2 of the recliners already slouch as does 1 side of one of the back/headrest I would highly recommend not buying from Sofa Mart or Furniture Row unless you want to waste a lot of money and patience. I just paid off my set and have been looking to replace it for something of quality for months now.

We had an awesome experience. And I recommend that everyone check this place before the big stores!! Great quality without the insane prices. And they have the unusual combo we were in search of! Leather Loveseat with one side recliner, one side chaise, and a middle console. I love that the sales people dont follow you around the store like they do at the big chains. Our saleswoman, Sandra, was so helpful but also gave us space when she sensed my boyfriend and I needed to talk more. We bought a leather "scratch and dent" loveseat recliner from the clearance section. It was in AMAZING condition and marked down at a huge discount. Sandra even found a better-working recliner in the back warehouse and ordered us a middle console online. Thank you to Sandra!! Were in love with our new loveseat set. It retails between $1800-$2700 depending on the store. And because it had some minor "scratch and sent" imperfections we got it for less than $400. Simply amazing. Ask for Sandra, she was super helpful and made our purchase perfect.

We went with them because they had something unique that I needed. Most other furniture stores I visited in town have the same catalogs. The delivery was within their estimate but slower than I had hoped. What really prompted my review was that they recently took care of my problem three years after my purchase. The insurance we bought for the furniture was worthless and needed at least two weeks to review our pictures of a broken bed. We took our issue to the store. They sent a couple of technicians on a Sunday and replaced the parts. We were impressed by their responsiveness.

My husband and I went in and a gentleman named Jordan helped us out when we needed the help. It was nice not being attacked right when we entered like other places. We walked around and when we had a few questions Jordan was there to help us . We have been looking for over a month and it was nice to finally find good quality leather. We are looking forward to receiving our furniture in a couple weeks !

I love my new couch. It was exactly the style I wanted and they offered custom upholstery. The store itself has a good selection and friendly staff. My sofa was delivered when they said it would be. Their 30-day price guarantee allowed me to get a $70 refund after I had purchased my sofa because the price had gone down. Overall- No complaints. I would shop there again.
