Went in today to buy my 2 boys some ridding gear Helmets, gloves , while I was there I asked about some spare parts availability and the lady at the counter said, that she had a supplier for all foreign ATVs and pulled out a catalog and when I told her our brand she shut the book and replied , we dont touch that brand..I didnt ask her to touch it, just extra parts, air filters and fuel filters. Then said all ththey deal with is TAO and that they have problems working on other brands and other brands give them trouble and the parts never work. (Sounded like all they know how to work on is TAO) after the lady proceeded to tell me how all other brands are junk! We left and took our Business to Sloans. I didnt come in looking for cheap and we got treated cheap at this place. Sloans got our business today and $600 . I work in sales , would never treat a customer with such disrespect as these folks did. My Recommendations dont waste your valuable time at this shop.

Purchases a chain and sprockets from them along with a chain breaker. Had some trouble removing the front sprocket myself so I brought it to the shop they they did it for me free of charge. They are always helpful and friendly. There are easily 7-8 bike shops between where I live and Cycle Stuff, but I drive past them all each time I need something for my motorcycle. I found the best price online for the new Diablo Rosso. After calculating the price and shipping and mounting cost I asked them if they could match that, and they did. Online prices with personal local service. Best of both worlds!

I just bought a motorcycle and I wanted to get different lights marker,tag,tail I asked for help was told it would be a minute no big deal,20 minutes later no help so I went to the service department and get some info while I was waiting for help the guy at the service desk told me to figure it out myself so I did I figured out this place sucks and why do you need ten days to install lights

I have had 3 bikes brought to life by Eric and his staff over the 3 years I have lived in Murfreesboro. Eric and his staff have always been competent and committed to all my mc needs and are reasonable with their pricing and in most cases, unless very busy able to repair anything I need, within an acceptable time frame. I wont go to any other shop in my area.

I took my old beat up bike in for anrear tire change, they promptly ordered the tire i needed and got me in the day it arrived. Even though it was just a tire change, they treated me with respect and though busy had me finished up in an hour. I fully recommend these guys and am thankful there are still honest businesses around .

I had some tires shipped to their garage for installation and a battery I was going to pick up while I was there. They gave me the best price around for installation of the tires and went ahead and put the battery in free. Nice guys, quick and hassle free. Scooter friendly too.
