Spent too much money on 2 go karts. We got them home and the muffler fell off in the first 10 minutes of riding, I called chip and he blamed it on the Chinese who put it together, he talked over my concerns before I could even explain what happened. In thefollowing 15 minutes of use by my 6 year old, the air filter fell off, it was missing a hose clamp. The mirror fell off, and the right front wheel assembly was a total mess. The wheel was hanging on by one screw. I tried to explain my concerns, chip did an admirable job deflecting any responsibility and took no time to listen to me. All of these issue it had are really not a big deal, but his lack of customer care was astonishing. Also, before we purchased he told me everything would be assembled in his shop, so Im not sure why he blamed it on the Chinese. A simple, sorry Mr customer your go kart fell apart, especially because your kids xmas present wasnt able to be operated. Instead, after I brought it back into his shop, he charged me 70 bucks in labor to put things back on, correctly. When I tried to talk with him about the 70 dollars, he cut me off and said that his mechanic has to be paid and blah blah. After coming on here and reading his reply posts to other un happy customers, i find the whole thing a bit funny, him dismissing all his responsibility and passing the buck. Actually, when we picked up the go karts, his wife kim handed me the keys and said, here you go, we are no longer responsible for these. ...not have fun with your new go karts! Call me if you need anything. Im not a letter writer, this is my first ever Google review. We spent a few thousand dollars, and he charged Me 70 dollars because he didnt take the time to put our machine together correctly the first time. He had ample opportunity to gain a repeat customer, instead he gains one more stellar review. I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know.

I recently moved to Hermitage from Bellevue and was disappointed that I would be so far away from my motorcycle mechanic. As we all know when you find a good mechanic you want to stick with them. Well now I am happy to say I found a great motorcycle shop and mechanic here in Hermitage, I had checked BC Cycles out one day when driving by, They were nice and knowledgeable with a super clean showroom and shop, Bryan is a very knowledgeable mechanic and knew my old mechanic. Bryan eased my mind telling me about his years of experience and is a super nice guy, My floats were sticking and he went through mu carburetor like a fine tooth comb replacing missing parts and cleaning it up. My bike runs like new now and I know I have a great mechanic for future repairs. I highly recommend Chip and Bryan. Rates are very reasonable and they both are super nice guys that love what they do. You won,t be disappointed with their fine shop check it out before riding weather is over. You wont be sorry. Very Happy Customer

Terrible cheap Chinese equipment and parts and the worst customer service! They replaced a carburetor on a scooter twice and both lasted less than 30 days. They would not honor their warranty on parts or labor. So I paid for the same parts and labor twice over $400 total. I brought it in and mentioned the part had failed again in less than 30 days and wanted it checked out for warranty work. They refused service and demanded that I take the scooter and leave. Never been treated like that at any business before. Very rude people. Shouldnt give a warranty when theyre not going to honor it . Dont waste your money here. Ive seen brand-new four wheelers and scooters in for service. Trust me youll regret it!

Bought the Tao Tao 125cc a month ago. Mr. Chip is an extremely understanding person. His mechanic even made a custom support brace for the brake light mount that came off during a ride. They fixed the neutral and reverse lights that quit working. Also, the chain was loose and bent so he fixed that too. He explained how it my have happened in order to improve my knowledge and keep this from happening again in the future. I dropped the 4 wheeler off and the same day it was repaired under warranty and ready for pick up. He even loaded it up for me :) So glad I chose this company to purchase it from so I have help when needed. Thank you for being so great!

My family and I have to date bought 2 ATVs and a TM go-cart. We found this place via Craigs list and if we hasnt taken the chance stopping in we would have over spent, bought less and not have gained the trust of this shop owner and his team. I highly recommend the whole team. They make you feel welcome and even answer questions and offer up advice to help keep our machines going even if bringing it in would have earned the shop more money. We are very happy with our purchases and look forward to many more visits with Chip, his team and his shop!! Thank you so much Chip!!

I just called this place to find out how much is the rough number going to be when I get repair for my scooter that I purchased from them a year ago the guy name Chip is very rude!!! I would not given them a star but this is the only way I can everybody knows how rude this guys is. Mr Chip I understand you maybe tired, or something is going on with your life, but you dont have to be rude to me or to any costumer of yours I was very nice to you and there is no reason for you treat me like Im stupid.

Chip recommend Skyteam. After much research I had him order me one. He said it would be in in a week and sure enough he called me a week later to pick it up. The Sherpa is perfect for our country roads and running around the lawn. I am a big guy over 300lbs and I am very comfortable on it and I am surprised how much power it has. I have 78 miles on it and have only had to adjust the clutch and chain which were very easy to do. Overall the bike is well made and a blast to ride.

Well I bought a brand new tao tao chinnese ATV for 1600 the same day it stop working I took it back to the shop so they could Fix it and the guy named MR CHIP said I had 90 days of warranty 30 from the tao tao an 60 from them and still made me pay I have took the ATV more than 2 times they keep saying I our fault when actually it wasnt they keep insisting that it was us and finnaly still not working do not recommend buying anything from here

I called the mechanic working there and told him my problem and asked him if they could work on my cycle. Told him the make, model etc. and he told me to bring it in. I loaded it up on my trailer and hauled it to them and they wouldnt even LOOK AT IT!!! This company knows nothing about Chinese products. I would stay away from them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE
