These guys are Good! Fitted out our Grandson with a Giant Revel. Covered eveything we needed to consider in the selection process, but the communication was always through our Grandson - he thought staff was talking to him - not us! Swamp Rabbit perfect route for test ride and how to ... everything for 10 year old! They didnt send him on the ride but went with him! Treated and made a 10 year old feel like a seasoned cycling star! The look when they returned - priceless! Great shop, great inventory, great location, great staff - The Place for your Cycling Needs! Oh by the way, want to take someone for a ride who doesnt have a bike - they rent with a fantastic daily rate! Out the front door - onto the Swamp Rabbit!

I needed routine maintenance on my road bike and while I was there I chatted up Benjy (the shops owner) about problems I was having with fatigue and pain on longer rides. As for the maintenance, my bike got a thorough inspection, with shifting dialed in and a new chain, for a very fair price. As for the fatigue/pain issues, Benjy suggested that I begin by trying a different stem. Well see how that works and whether we need to try any additional tweaks. Regardless of the outcome, I like that he was willing to take the time to hear me out and make suggestions to remedy my situation. The shop itself is in a great location, right along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, so its easy to get to, by car or bike.

Freehub is definitely one of the best bike shops around Greenville. As someone who is rather knew to road biking I have been to almost bike shop in town and Benjy is by far the best owner/operator that I have spoken too. He is not pushy at all and will tell you the honest truth about the products he sells. He recently set me up with a set of shoes and clips and then helped me with a good bike fit for my new bike. Simple as I can say it... if you need something in the world of biking go check out Freehub and ask for Benjy.

Absolutely AWESOME bike purchasing experience. Walked in with a specific, yet somewhat difficult request in finding a bike. There were zero problems in getting the Perfect ...yes, I said perfect bike! So not only purchased 1 bike, walked out with 2! :) I have 2 more to purchase and I WILL shop here again! Great shop. Been there a few times. Service fixed a buddys bike after another shop has screwed it up. They charged less than the shop that broke it and were very accommodating. Bought some gear and they gave good info and didnt try to up sell us on something we didnt need. Good dudes all around.
