This business seems to go by at least 3 different names. I had a very bad experience with Abner. He did not follow through with calls to give me a progress report on my repair but he insisted he had done so, while in fact my phone and answering machine are in perfect working order. After leaving me hanging for a week he called me a profane name and demanded a $100 bribe to release some repair parts that were supposed to be routed to me for warranty repair on a new bike. My new $8,000 bike sat around an extra week unusable because of his poor communication skills. They talk a good game and their shop looks orderly, but beware. I had to go to the other local shop and got excellent service there. EDIT- a year later some things have changed about the shop so I am revising my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I may give them another chance.

I have had a chance to know Dave for about 6 months now. I was way over weight and thought there was not a bike for me. He changed my mind and told me his personal story which made me feel more comfortable than anyone else has in the retail business. If you go into a bike shop look around, if your overweight you will know what I mean! They look at you like you are lost. I never once felt that way at D&G! In fact I have a standing invite to join them at Flatwoods to ride anytime they go. I have purchased a bike for me, my husband, my grand daughter, my grandson & my daughter. I even took my best friend to him and she has fallen for Dave too! I cant say enough about him! Thanks for giving me my life back Dave!!! Darlene Seufzer, Thonotosassa, FL

I had a chance to meet the owner and some of his shop crew at Flatwoods one afternoon and these guys about road my legs off working at 23 MPH in a steady pace line. I had a great time and they all seamed to be pretty nice fellas when we met up after we finished the ride. I would ride with them again and if I needed any bike related help and found my self in Zepherhills I would stop by thier shop and check them out. Michael Ploch, Florida Masters

The man I spoke with on 7/12 was rude and I had to go else where. I got a better price and a straight forward answer from the other place I went to. The man here at D&G Green Products couldnt give me a base price like the other place did. I will never go back to D&G Green Products even if I was rich.
