I have never received worse customer service in my life. Not only did it take 4 months to receive my bike that I paid $150 to get shipped, it was missing parts for the handle bar and there were no pedals when I got it! I never received the baskets that were attached and they claimed to have lost them during shipping. They sent everything to the wrong address the first time even though I verified my address in the store. I had them refund 1/2 of the shipping price, but that took just over a month to finally receive even though they told me they would send it right away. They also claim to have sent the first check to the wrong address, which is funny because they had sent the bike to the wrong address in the first place! Shouldnt they have learned from their first mistake? Joe has stopped replying to my e-mails and does not call me back. He promised to send out the pedals and handle bar parts over a month ago. I am really not surprised that I have not received them yet and I dont even care at this point.

I have been bringing my bikes to Swerve for a couple of years now, and have had about 20 different experiences with this store. The owner, Joe, is a terrific, friendly guy who hires people just like him to help customers and work on bikes. I have never had a bad experience here. The store is beautiful, by bike shop standards, turnaround time is fast, and prices are fair. The only small negative is that to recumbent bikes/trikes are currently carries, though there are plans for the future. Highly recommended !!!

I visited Swerve Bike Shop in April, 2016 to buy a new bike to replace my 22 year old bike. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to test ride many different bikes. The staff pointed out the features of all the bikes to help me make the best decision. I was able to take home the bike that very same day. I purchased lights, bags and a lock to go along with the bike and the staff gladly installed everything. The price was excellent. I was very pleased with the service and value.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy, the folks at Swerve have always treated us well. We wanted a jersey, but they didnt have the size we needed. Once they were available, they called to let us know. Since we are out of state and couldnt try them on, they sent two sizes for us to try them on and return the extra, and only charged us for the one we chose to keep. Thanks for being so considerate, Swerve! Oh, and we love the jersey!

Their customer service is very bad and is over priced if they say one day expect to get its back in 1-2 weeks later I once took my bike in to get the brakes new oil and brake pads they said 2 hours I got it back a week later the brakes felt no different they didnt do any thing to the bike and I got charged 20 bucks and Joe was saying bad stuff about my behind my back

I have been cycling for many years and this is the best shop I have ever done business with. Outstanding customer service and excellent work too. I highly recommend Swerve for anyone looking for road, mountain or tri bikes as well as service. They are also very good with getting special items in for me. Very friendly staff too!

I bought a used bike here a year ago, I had great customer service! Everyone in the store is friendly and they even invite you to test drive the bikes! I continue to go here for different things I want or need, everyone is very personable and they know what they are doing! Always good energy in Swerve!

Always a good experience at Swerve. Everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable and theyre conveniently located near the North Coast Inland Trail. Great service, good selection of bikes and accessories including some nice used vintage bikes upstairs. Highly recommended!

Ordered a Norco search and had some problems with my order and getting the bike through customs. Swerve worked with supplier and I ended up getting an upgrade at no charge! Well worth having to wait a little longer to get my bike! Would buy from there again! Thanks guy
