A very good bike shop indeed! I bought a road Mountain bike here and later on, I upgraded to a entry level road bike. I had it in to get some tweaks done on the shifting components and they didnt even charge me! I wouldnt have minded paying either... I am currently in the market for better clip in pedals and riding clothes. This will be the place to get it all! Oh, and by the way, the owner is very honest and helpful to say the least (including all the staff) They have upgraded to a bigger store but it is still in the same convient location.

Owned my bike for a year then I decided it needed a tune up. Took it to Santos Bike Shop and the people were very friendly, told me exactly what they were going to do and how much the charge was. Picked up the bike and took it for the spin the next morning, totally different bike. I had a wonderful experience, gears shifted without making noise, bike felt and performed better than new. Would recommend this business to anyone that needs service on their bike or to purchase a new one.

Santos we super helpful! I called before coming in with some questions about changing a 70s moped tire. The repairs department was helpful and quickly fixed my tire when I came in. I brought a few other bikes and the technician showed me which ones needed fixing and which ones were simple fixes at home. They even showed me how to replace a chain and walked me through the repair free-of-charge. My experience with Santos was very enjoyable with their clarity, promptness, and honesty.

I have been to a few bike shops and find that bike shop employees are generally friendly and informative. I think their love for riding has a lot to do with that. Santos employees are no different. I have been there several times before deciding on my Giant Talon 4. I spoke to different people each time and they were all great. Love the fact the shop has access to Santos Trail Head. Took my first ride today and loved it. Why did I wait so long to buy?

The best bike shop around Santos. The staff are the friendliest you will meet and are very knowledgable about almost everything about bikes and trials/clubs around Santos. Bought are bikes there and they helped us pick out a awesome bike. They have group rides you can look up on their website that ride the trails of Santos and road bike. Great place to meet people and the bike shop has a trail that connects with the main trails

Great place to do business. Took my 22 year old bike in for new tires and a tuneup. Quoted a price and the work they would be doing. When I picked the bike up they actually performed all the work needed plus some extra things at no extra charge. Ive not purchased a new bike but bought accessories from Santos Bike Shop and Im completely satisfied. You wont be disappointed with their quality of service.

Visiting the area from up north I stopped by to check out Santos bike shop for some accessories and riding clothes. Ryan was very knowledgeable , all the guys were helpful, and the prices were fair. I talked with Scottie about a hub issue and a remedy for it. Ended up on a group ride later that night and got a great tour of the trails. If I were local this would be my shop. Highly recommended!

Wow....Ill say it again..... Wow. What a great bike shop, only thing wrong with this place , its not closer to my house... Great Peeps, Gerry is awesome, he let me look at everything, this is one of the only bike shops Ive been to that have had Fat Bikes (Surly) In stock. Stellar amount of inventory, if you want a Mountain Bike, this is the place. They also rent bikes, if you need too.

We stopped in this shop and bought a few things and also rented a bike. A girl named Catherine took our reservation and helped us when we got there.She was exteremly poltite and helpful. The people at the bike shop were super helpful and patient. Im a very inexperienced biker so the trail was really hard for me but it was doable and the bikes were very good quality. I ended up having a great time even though it was really hard.
