My family has been loyal customers of Bike Worx for years. We have purchased several bikes from them and had our bikes serviced by them for at least 10 years now. Unfortunately we will not be taking our business back. When entering the shop you will not be greeted by a friendly and knowledgable gentleman but rather a rude standoffish unprofessional grump. Granted, the staff has been very friendly and helpful in the past and surpassed our expectations up until our most recent visit. After being told they had little to no time to simply tune one of our bikes up in under two weeks we were told to "fill out a card with our information." Hey pal, look under the database and see that we are loyal customers and you should treat us as so. While waiting, I examined a beautiful Felt Q-sport mountain bike. A bike I am very interested in purchasing in the near future. Instead of being approached to discus the bike I was snapped at by the manager for not propping the bike up to his liking and rudely told that it was a "$4,000.00 bike. You do not treat your customers with such rudeness, especially ones who are interested in purchasing such a nice bike, **however this fine bike is more in the $1,000.00 range my friend. I will take my business to Great Escape, a much more friendly and qualified business. Thank you Bike Worx for the many great years and help from kind employees such as Randy Wright, but we will not be back.

I love my TREK and the guys at Great Escape are wonderful but you should see what the Guys at Bike Worx have done with my bike! I have worn out every single part of my bike except the frame. My bike is running perfectly, thanks guys!

Pretty good bike shop. Ive never heard of some of their bike brands. Associates were pleasant. Wish they carried more brands of mountain bikes.
