Brought my tri bike to be paainted and 2 weeks later it came back wrong it was supposed to be matte and it was done high gloss..i had to jump through hoops to meet his painter to fix it..everyday i tried to meet he was either busy or the day didnt work for him and wanted to push me out another week and when i became upset about how i was being pushed off i was laughed at..how dare i expect them to accommodate me I have other customers is exactly what I was told... just very bad business very bad customer service

one word - Awesome. Brought in my sons Mirraco Black label No. 7 for a tune up and safety check. Mr. Arley was ready and able, 10 minutes later bike was done and we were ready to rock. This shop has lots of parts and accessories in stock. Also noticed the new Al frame cruiser bike prices were a lot lower than what I saw in Naples. I love paying for professional, competent service - JRA delivers. Recommended.
