I dont believe this store deserves any stars. bike is 5 years old my mechanic has moved . Its hard to find someone I trust with my bike. thought I would give these guys a chance as I heard decent things about them. Not impressed at all. asked for a performance tune up, plus new cassette, chain an to grease pedals. Didnt have a 11-23 cassette so I went for the 11-25 ( should of know to leave then)new chain, greased pedals. When I have had tune ups at the other shop they explain what they replaced ect. which you would expect. Not here, I was waiting for them to tell me what they did, They rang up the cost an that was it no explanation at all plus they charge me an additional $ 10.00 to install my chain. Asked what they did the guy wasnt sure . At this point I am frustrated Paid the $ 229.99 invoice an left. Maybe I should of went off but when you pay to have a service done you expect to have an explanation of what they did or maybe I expect to much . They are obviously not a professional shop and if you care about an expensive tri bike dont go there. I have to say that I am impressed that the owner of the shop contacted me directly an seemed to be upset to hear of the events that took place at his store and wants to make things right.

I was in town for the afternoon to get some laps at Caloosahatchee in prep for an upcoming race. I wound up slicing my rear tires sidewall. Even though I had a replacement tire, I didnt have enough stans sealant or a high enough psi pump to get the trick done trailside. Quick search on google maps and I found this place. The owner was very friendly, had plenty of stans sealant in stock, and was kind of enough to lend me his air compressor. The price was right and I was in and out quickly enough to get my laps done. Definitely recommend and if I were local in town this would by my go-to-shop!

The best customer service in town!!! My wife and I got Scott bikes from them a year ago. Us being new to road cycling, Coastline was very helpful in getting us what we needed. Coastline continues to support us with advice and upgrades. We have been on a few group rides with them as well, which helped us gain even more knowledge of the sport. We love their new bigger shop too. They have everything you would need for cycling, and if they dont have it, they can get it. I recommend to anyone looking to get a bike or upgrade their current bike to check them out first!

Ben,dane, tina and tech mechanic are the best in the cyclery business. They are not pushy, like car salespeople. They treat you like family, they give all aspects of a bike...features and benefits.....not like trek salespeople, just want your money and kick ur butt out the door. I personally bought a se bike for distance riding and it has kepted up with me....2300 miles and going. I will always be a loyal customer to coastline cyclery...give them a try !!!!!!!!! See the difference between quality service and a fast make a buck bike shop

I bought my Scott road bike from them and Im very happy with it. The staff is very knowledgable and they took their time to make sure the bike fit me just right and I was comfortable on it. They even did a FTP test with me in their training studio. I came back for trainer workouts. Their training studio is great, perfect for rainy or very hot days and has allowed me to get workouts in I would of missed or dreaded on a gym bike.

Didnt know these guys were here & while passing by saw them and decided to stop in. Really nice people and everyone seemed really knowledgeable. I tried several bikes and got trained on the difference of accessories which there are a ton of bike and clothes accessories on site. They also have a full service area and bike fitting in store. I was happy i stopped by.

I purchased a Scott CR-1 and had issues with a warrantied repair that parts were not available. I was provided with a wheel to get me back on the road while Tony looked for a resolution to the problem. He called up Shimano and got me replacement rims for ones that had spokes that were not available. Overall awesome experience with excellent support!

Completely rude. Didnt even acknowledge me. Came in for race packages for Run for The Arts 5k. Called before I came in to confirm packet was there. Then drove 30 minutes to find out not here until 3. Never looked up from computer. Never apologized. Could have missed a potential customer buddy. Oh well!

Rented a Scott Solace for a couple of days. The bike was in great condition and the staff was very friendly. My special request of getting the pedals changed to my own was no problem at all and just took a couple of seconds. Great service overall and easy process of renting a bike. Would recommend!
