I brought my bike into Paradise Bikes about five weeks ago to have a flat tire changed and to get a tune up. I told them at that time that the front tire was rubbing on the brake and they said they would take care of that. Shortly after I got my bike home the tire started rubbing on the brake again. I did not take the time and energy to load the bike up and take it in again, until today. Today when I took the bike in I was told Andrew would take a look at it. Andrew rolled it along the floor about two feet and said that the wheel was not aligned. I said I had it tuned up a short while ago and he said that it must be the result of me going over bumps. I told him that I did not ride over bumps. He then told me that my bike was not very well made. I told him that it was a Phat Cycle and it had very good reviews. I know it is a cruiser bike, which they dont usually fix, but I also know about most people in our community ride this kind of bike and ask where they should have them maintained. Andrew said for $20 he could re-align the wheel. I dont believe that was ever done the first time even though he said it was. He was rude and condescending. I would not recommend going there if you are a recreational biker looking for assistance.

I went in to Paradise Bicycles today to look for help in figuring out how to pump up my recently purchased road bike today. I brought in a pump a neighbor gave me and asked if he could help me understand how to pump up my tire (I am new to the sport). He just looked at me and said he couldnt help me. He said I only know how are pumps work and told me my pump looked like a Walmart pump (I am pretty sure he was being really condescending) . This guy had the biggest attitude in the world. I said I think there are only 2 different types of tire pumps and was just not familiar with the road bike kind. He again told me he only knows their pumps and couldnt help me. I asked him if he was being serious and he said yep. I didnt purchase my bike in Florida; but did buy my petals and shoes there. They either need to hire a more educated bike staff or teach some customer service skills to there employees. I will never give them any of my business again or recommend them to anyone. I was told that Fort Myers Schwinn is the place to go and has an excellent staff there.

Came here to look at bikes just after my wife and I decided to start biking as a serious form of exercise. We had no idea what type of bike to get, or style of riding we were interested in. Although we had a couple ideas, we didnt know for sure. The service here was very detail oriented and we tested several different styles of bike. I even tried a recumbent bike which was different. Although we didnt purchase a bike during our visit, we were given all of the information on the bikes we rode so we could do our own additional research on options, prices, etc. This was really nice since most places are hesitant to give this info because they want you to buy from them. Weve actually referred several people to this company because of how we were treated.

Just want you want in a bike shop. Theyre open on Sundays. And great service. I went in there looking to buy a freewheel remover. They didnt have the one I needed, which Im not surprised about because its the one that everyone always needs. But instead of offering to order it for me or something like that, the guy in charge said "Well do it for you, it will just take a minute". I asked how much he wanted, he just kinda blew it off with a wave of his hand. They took of my the broken remnants of my freewheel, bagged some bearings that fell out, and I was on my way. Thats the type of customer service that prompts someone to go home and write a good review. If you need something for your bike, go there. You wont be disappointed.

HEY, I have not even purchased anything yet, but Im asking, like many who make "investments" and do not know much about something they are going to purchase, MANY questions, and so far everyone has been very patient with me at Paradise Bicycles. This store is located farther away than others, but I like the staff, their answers and HOW they respond to me. I will keep you posted what happens from here (in regard to fixing a bike, as a surprise, for a family member AND purchasing a bike for myself that I have been planning to do for YEARS!). Later...

I flew in from Michigan yesterday and had my bike shipped via Fedex. I couldnt get my electronic Di2 working after assembly. I called Paradise out of the blue. Jefferson and Michael were great in helping me troubleshoot the problem throughout the day and, when I finally got to the Ft. Myers shop, they fixed the bike and made it ready to ride! Long story to attest to: professionalism, knowledge, patience and outstanding customer service at Paradise! Thanks gents...ride hard and long!

Very bad service. 7 weeks I stop by to buy a new bike and I asked the attendee for the bike6and he told me that they will have to order the bike but before I will have to pay for ($1,600) and I asked him that I would to see it before I buy the Bike, he told me that he will have to ask the owner, well, I have called twice and I still have not hear from the owner or the attended. Very BAD customer service and bought a bike a year ago.

If I could give no stars I would. There was a good amount of staff and only one other customer, yet I had to go to them for assistance. There was literally an employee just sitting behind the counter. I wasnt greeted or acknowledged for a good 5 minutes and only got attention when I went to the staff. Would not recommend this place at all. Ended up going to the Trek shop in the same plaza and the service there was amazing

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I live 5 minutes away from another bike shop in Ft. Myers. I was so dissatisfied with their performance, pricing and service level I refuse to give them any more of my business. Its well worth driving the extra time it takes me to reach Paradise Bicycles.

My home is quite a distance from Paradise bicycles but it is well worth the drive for their helpful and courteous service I have never been disappointed.... There is a much closer bike shop by my house near college and Winkler but those owners were quite rude..... Customer service is everything

The mechanics are excellent; very friendly and knowledgeable. I bring my road bike here for tune ups and troubleshooting. Also they run a friendly group ride on Saturday mornings.
