I was in the market for bikes for my wife and myself. So I started looking around and went to local bike shops in Clermont and Orlando. I visited 7 shops. I knew when I came to The Cycling Hub and met Edgardo there was something very special about this shop. Edgardo was an incredible wealth of knowledge and spent the time answering all my questions about the various different types of bikes from road to mountain and everything in between. He took the time to make sure I was going to invest in the right bikes to match our style of riding. Every business is about 3 things people, processes, and product. They have great people working in this shop that are kind, knowledgable, and an awesome selection of product. They definitely WALK THEIR TALK! I found myself coming back to this store because if Im being totally honest they deliver the best consumer experience. On one occasion I stopped by and the owner Brian came over and spent an hour with me helping drill down to the right bike for me. When I brought my wife in the owners wife Becky was awesome letting her ride different bikes and explaining the differences. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes from Edgardo a 2014 Trek DS 8.5 for me and a 2014 Trek Pure for my wife. I have started putting miles on my bike and they are awesome about giving you free adjustments for as long as you own your bikes. If you are in the market for bicycles dont make your final buying decision before talking to Edgardo. Youll love doing business with this shop!!!!!

Super friendly store! I was in Clermont for a holiday and visited The Cycling hub. My friend needed a new helmet and they were very helpful. I was looking for a dry lube (because I forgot mine at home) but they were out. Instead he gave me a free sample of Morgan Blue race oil to help me out. A few days later I was back in the shop because I was looking for a very specific gps mount of a brand they sell. Unfortunately they didn’t have it (it’s VERY specific, it would be exceptional if they did). But instead of stopping at: “Sorry, we don’t have it”, they started calling several bike-shops in the region to check if they had it. Too bad no one had it but the effort: that’s customer service! If I would come back to Clearmont and need anything for my bike, I would most certainly go back to The Cycling Hub!

I visited the shop today to buy a saddle and met Edgardo. Instead of being a salesman trying to make a dollar and letting me purchase the saddle I thought I need he talk to me about the type of bike I had and how the bike fit me. Edgardo taught me about how riding position and fit of the bike made a difference on my bottom side. When I got home I adjusted my saddle and it made a world of difference. Thanks Edgardo for taking the time to talk to me and help me out. Amazing customer service is hard to find these days. I will definitely be back to this shop#CyclingHubRocks.

Recently my girlfriend took her bike in for a repair and also got a tuneup, she was so happy with it that I decided to take mine in as well. Along with the tuneup I also got my cassette, chain, and cables replaced (after 7,000 mi it was much needed!). I can definitely say that out of the 3 bike shops that Ive been to in the area, Cycling Hub did the best job! My bike rides like new again :)

last week I brought in my road bike for service, and they did a great job and had it back to me within 24 hours. I was so impressed with the work that I brought back my time trial bike this week, and once again the service was excellent. In order to get the bike back to me the next day, the mechanic worked after hours to complete the work. can"t thank them enough.

Excellent Service, replaced the frame on my bike and did a very good job with reasonable price. After few weeks needed a minor adjustment and when I took it back, he it free of charge. Very satisfied with the service.
