I have been a friend of the bike shop for years. They have always done professional, top quality mechanic work. Their first concern is always safety, they know bicycles , they know what goes wrong with them, and they know what to do to keep me safe and trouble free. Thanks guys for keeping me safe for ten years now. . My passion is MTBing, it is how I stay healthy. and it has allowed me to make many good friends. There are several weekly road rides that leave from the shop, Most Sundays at 8:00 AM we (MTB) will meet in the parking lot, car pool together to Carter Road/ Joyce Harp park , or Alafia, or Santos, or Balm-Boyette.. The new owner has really worked hard to create a customer centric atmosphere. Judging by the reviews they are not perfect, but it saddens me to see the obvious narcissistic - takers, who think cheap means quality, write bad reviews. Cycling is about good times, good friends, staying healthy and sharing.... we LIKE our bikes and we like living Life to the Fullest. Lets ride. bring the kids.

Thank You Bike Shop of Winter Haven. I was in Haines city this past weekend to do my first Half Ironman. On the day before my event I was tightening my seat post clamp and the bolt snapped still stuck in the clamp. I ran up to the mechanics at the Florida 70.3 Expo and they did not have any parts with them. After all the training and financial commitment to this event I thought I was going to have to miss it. I searched for bike shops in the area and came across this one. I called and they told me they have many seat clamps in stock and if they did not have mine they would somehow make it work. I got there in about 20 minutes and he actually had a seat post clamp that fit that had just been lying around and fixed my bike free of charge. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I highly recommend this bike shop if you are ever in the area or live here.

I had a complicated service issue with an obscure and expensive bicycle that was beyond my capabilities. Based on the good reviews for the Bike Shop of Winter Haven, I decided to give them a try. Although I was new to The Bike Shop, I was treated like I was a long-time customer by the owners and Matt, the service tech. After speaking with them and asking a few questions, I realized that Id made the right choice. Matt did an amazing job with my bike. He realized that I was in a bit of a time crunch and he must have started on my bike immediately - because turn-around time was immediate. I took a close (and critical) look at Matts work and it was thorough and top-notch. Winter Haven is fortunate to have such a solid business as The Bike Shop of Winter Haven.

Often times I run into sales people that carry preconceived notions on what I should buy. This is our second set of bikes (for me and my husband) purchased at the Bike Shop of Winter Haven and we couldnt be more pleased. Absolutely love the bikes. Highly knowledgeable, courteous staff, awesome mechanics and very fair prices. They cover the entire spectrum of bicycles and trikes, from entry level to high end. Just did three full loops at Alafia with all the tough stuff and the sorest part of our bodies are our jaws/faces from smiling so much. Stop in and say hello. You wont be disappointed.
