Moved into a new place on Saturday and our fridge was broken. In two hours I had a new fridge from this place in my house. Next day, the Sunday before labor day, we find out that the one we just bought was broken as well. I called Tom at the shop and he replaced it for us THAT DAY within just a few hours. He even got it in the house and picked up the broken one. Furthermore, he gave us a discount on the replacement and the delivery. Tom is a quality guy, would recommend this place to anyone. Edit: Have been back here plenty of times to get appliances and even a bike. Im always satisfied with my purchases.

The Re-cycler is an awesome place to find any kind of bike you want. They have a very wide variety and a great selection. They also have tons of appliances and some knick nack items throughout the store. The owner, Tom is great with restoring his bikes and appliances and guarantees them to be in working order. He is professional and efficient. I highly recommend purchasing bikes, appliances or anything else from the Re-cycler.

Wow, excellent customer service. The owner came out personally to hook my stove up, because the other stove was not working properly. He wanted to make sure everything was ok. Talk about going above and beyond. Great service! Satisfied customer in Cleveland heights.
