One of the most overpriced and under performing bike shop Ive ever seen. Would go lower that one star if possible. Prices well above MSRP on accessories or replacement parts (order online pay for shipping and it will still be cheaper). If Trek runs these shops and they are truly corporate stores, that explains the sad disconnect with the market and pricing. IF franchisees they are simply gouging looking for that seasonal sucka with the fat wallet. Very lacking in the knowledge base and customer service realm. Broke chain, had no spare links, ended up paying for replacement, a SRAM PC991 ($46, MSRP $39) chain. No offer and apparently available links or connectors for sale. I also asked if the price was much better online else ware, and was told its about the same, with very little difference. At first got the safe I have no idea answer though. Apparently they do know, but simply want the sales, and have no cause to insure their doing the best thing for the customer. Lastly, asked if they can slap it on, but was told it would take a while, its not an easy task. Really... I just asked because Im overpaying for the part. Flipped my bike outside and put it on myself. I did catch one guy just watching me, mustnt have anything better to do. Mechanic who rung me up did apply 10% discount either because of AAA or my work just down the street. Avoid for parts & accessories if you can. No experience and would never have cause to buy a bike or major part from them again.

This is a great store. I was in from out of town on Saturday evening half hour before closing. I wanted to see if they had any area maps for riding. Super friendly and helpful. Sorry i didnt get the guys name who was helping me. He pick out some rides for me and was telling me about the group rides etc. I ask if they had any swag (do the cool kids still use that term?) Talked some more ended up buying a $9 Park Tool. Gio the store manager was ringing me out and i asked if i could buy a frame sticker that they put on their bikes? I told him i have a bike shop in my house and collect swag (again cool kids?) from bike shops i go to while on vacation. He definitely gave me a sticker and to my surprise he gave me enough swag you would of thought i just bought a $5000 bike!!! Anyway just wanted to say these guys rock even if youre just spending $9 at closing time on a Saturday. Thanks again guys!!!!

My tire went flat on me as I arrived to my house after a long ride. So I brought my bike in to the Trek shop at Estero. Within minutes they (Derek) had my tire repaired and ready for the road. While I was waiting, I bought a Dash 350 combo light for my bike. After I left the store I decided to look up that same light on an on-line website. I found the light for quite a few dollars cheaper. I returned the light to Trek and spoke with Tony the manager. We compared both items and he immediately matched prices saving me time and money in shipping. Great staff, product, and service they have earned my loyalty.

Went to the Estero store today to buy a bike with my daughter but could not get any of the sales people to help us they were to busy talking to each other and being very rude. We waited over 15 minutes until I asked if anybody would help us and one of the employees held up his finger and said one minute. Thats when we left. It looked like a nice store and they had many bikes in her price range but the lack of service was awful. I think if your going to spend $700 to $1000 on a bike you should have better help to advise you. Sorry but we went elsewhere!!!

Ive been a patron of Trek Estero for years. Ive always been extremely impressed with their customer service. Recently, I had a crash and my bike needed to be replaced. Tony/Derek/Chris/Michael...ALL of the staff at the Estero store have been amazing. Not only did they order my new bike quickly, but they provided me with a loaner to use (AND set it up for me) until my new ride comes in. Hands down, the BEST customer service Ive ever received from ANY retail store. Trek employees truly stand behind their product.

Understanding that people who walk in probably need a little help in making a $1000+ investment, you would think theyd understand a little bit about customer service. 4-5 staffers and not one greeting or offer to help as I circled the bikes trying to figure out where to start. I would not spend a penny here, let alone a couple grand on a bike if I cant even get a hello or offer to help. I just signed up for my first tri and was so excited but they really spoiled my first big tri purchase.

I received delivery of my third Trek bike a 2016 Trek Emonda ALR 5 on February 25th @ the Estero Fl. Trek Store . I had a class A experience starting with Tony Catalino the store Manager who guided me through the selection process.Tony then introduced me to Charlie the store fitting expert.Charlie explained the fitting process in great detail, and took some preliminary measurements . The actual fitting took place on the delivery day .I took my first ride a day later .OMG what a ride !!!

Bought my first tri bike here at the Estero Trek store. I was greeted and helped with great knowledgeable staff and a clean atmosphere. I have gone here for the past four years to have maintenance and tune ups done on my bike; I have also had 2 fittings through the Trek fitting gallery. I loved the help and guidance I receive every time I enter, I feel comfortable buying from a store like this because they explain what needs to happen to make your ride an Epic ride.

If I could give 0 I could. 3 grown men standing behind counter chatting. They looked right at me. Not one person ask if they could help me! I walked over to bike chains not sure what I needed. I waited around it for 5 + minutes, still no hello do you need help. Nothing I walked out of the store...nothing...like I didnt exhist. DO NOT RECOMMENDED shopping here if you even need help ever. Wont be back and I live in this area year round..

Derek was so helpful and did everything in his power to make sure I walked out satisfied. He assisted me in finding the right chain and seat for my bike. He understood I was a college student and my budget was narrow in regards to cost of the parts. He made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck with what I was purchasing. My bike runs very smooth now and I couldnt be more pleased. Ill definitely be returning for more business.
