Beware the EXTRAS and the very limited return policy. Actually, they will not take ANYTHING back. That is right. They will "exchange" a mattress, if you do not like it, but only for one the same price. But essentially, you are stuck with what you buy. They will try hard to sell you a mattress pad and other extras when you pay. This will run you over 60 dollars for something you can probably get for 25 bucks somewhere else. But if you try to return it, even unopened, they will give you no end of grief. They do not put customers first at this store. They make the sale and they are done. It is very old school type of store, where you are treated like a liability. I actually got into an argument with the sales guy about returning this mattress pad, as it was unopened and I had a receipt, and this was the only way to get my 60$ back. Seems like an odd way to treat customers - like thieves. Do yourself a favor, just buy your mattress elsewhere. Youll be happy oyu did. Everyone has the same stuff, by the way; you can choose where you shop.

Theres always a different person every time I come but they all seem to be nice they dont try to force anything on you or upsell you they try to fit you for your mattress that you want you dont have to say yes to everything but it is nice to hear all your options.
