Terrible experience here on 8/3/17. Took my 10 year old dachshund in for a bath at 5:45 because I had read on PetSmarts website that "evening baths" were 25% off until 8/6/17. The grooming salon closes at 7:00 so I figured we had plenty of time for a walk-in appointment. We were met by an employee (we will call her "B" - first initial) who made no effort to welcome us into the salon. Was disinterested at best. She said the coupon expires at 6 (salon closes at 7?) and that I would need to make an appointment. There were 2 other employees working on a larger dog and no other dogs waiting. It definitely seemed that "clocking out" was a priority more than explaining why a simple bath could not be accomplished in the next 1.25 hours. The total lack of concern that B exhibited and lack of engagement with the process was very frustrating. I got home and called the number for the store listed on Google and it was not a valid number. I ended up calling corporate and registering a formal complaint about what had happened. Was told that someone in the management chain would contact me within 48 hours. That has not happened in the 5 days since this event occurred. I definitely expected more but it seems like another example of corporations believing "build it and they will come". As for me, I will drive across town to avoid PetSmart since they do not seem to value customers or their pets.

Kind of disappointed in this place. I usually go to the Petsmart in Arden, but decided to come to this one today and purchase crickets for my gecko. First of all, it took the cashier twice to call a pet care associate to help me get the crickets. The guy who helped me get the crickets was quiet and didnt say much, wasnt very friendly. I checked out the reptiles they have in stock, and they have a new crested gecko in stock. The temperate inside the crested tank was 90 degrees! Thats deathly to a crested gecko. They need room temperate, and the heat is probably coming from the heat lamps they have above the tank which is also unnecessary for a crested gecko. The chameleon flinch at every movement I made near him, and I know chameleons are skittish, but these reptile they have are being serverly abused and they all look malnourished. Its very sad to see. The store was clean, although I was only in the reptile section so Im not sure about the other parts of the store. Petsmart is not made for reptiles and I will never purches accessories or food for my reptiles from this store ever again.

Grooming salon always takes great care of my pup and the one time I had an issue, they got back to me quickly to correct it. Although I live 500% closer to the Arden Petsmart, I almost always make the longer trip to this location for the kind staff, clean store, and quality groomers.

They dont sell my Carrot Crunchies (by Wild Harvest) anymore! D: The people are nice enough and the store -is- well stocked with what they do carry but.. Im not overly impressed with the small animal section. Cute guinea pigs for sale though!!!

Made a quick trip to Petsmart just to pick up pill pockets for my dogs medicine. It is impossible to find anything in that dark, crowded store. After locating them, the selection was limited. And, even on sale, the price was very high.
