I go to petsmart all the time for supplies and will continue to go but just supplies. I will not be coming back to this location for grooming again. My dog is 8 years old and has been getting groomed every 3 months for his entire life. Every groomer he has seen tells me how sweet he is and how well he did for them. Today on the other I get a call about an hour after I dropped him off, telling me he was cut and seeing the vet. The cut wasnt bad so I can understand that mistakes happen and they finished grooming him. When he was finally done (5 hrs later) I was told he would not sit still for them and he would be better off seeing a private groomer or a mobile one that would come to me. They even said he was trying to bite the groomers hands and the clippers when they got near his face. He has NEVER tried to bite anyone before and I cant believe that he would do that. When I tried to talk to the groomer about it she just kept telling me he wasnt good and there are notes in my account that state he has been like this in the past. I really hope this is not how others bringing their dogs in for grooming get treated but I will not be returning.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come to this location Im so disappointed and regret coming. I used to shop at Petsmart quite a bit, I will never come to this location on Causeway Blvd ever again. The store was a disaster! I couldnt even shop for my pets because nothing was in the correct spots, product was all over the floors, well, after spending half hour in the store we had two types of treats and two harnesses for our dogs, got to the register to check out (3 registers were open) and there were about 4 people waiting in each line, we were waiting about five minutes in one line, until the person in front of us checking out says "Shes closed" Ok....The cashiers were very rude. It took us about 15 minutes to check out. Wont be returning to this dirty, unorganized location.

****BEWARE***** The grooming services arent professionals at all. I drove over 30mins to get my dog groomed only to be told the groomer went home sick. The girl at the counter stated "I guess someone tried to call you to let you know. Im sorry but we are completely booked." That was a complete lie. My phone never rang once. The grooming services I had prior for my dog wasnt great at all. When I took my dog the first time she didnt have a flea in site. I picked her up and she had fleas like crazy. Stay away from this location drive further or find other groomers in the area. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! If I could not give any stars I would.

My otherwise normally happy and healthy dog had a seizure at the hands of these people within the half an hour it took to bathe and dry her. I dropped her off to be groomed and was called shortly after to be informed that my dog had a seizure during drying and they rushed her to the vet. The banfield vet, which is the in house vet for petsmart did blood work-and kept her under observation for 4 hours. Long story short shes fine, but Ill never take her to another petsmart again. It was a $400 bill, which was waved because it was their fault. Apparently she over heated and seized due to the aggressive drying techniques. Never. Ever. Again.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have and give great advice when helping me pick things out, especially in regards to food. The grooming department is the same way. I adopted a small dog from the shelter and before she was even set up as a client they helped direct me to what grooming tools I would need for her and how to help her with her coat. This was months ago. Once her coat was healed and she was ready for her first grooming appointment this weekend, Sydney listened to what I needed, helped me pick the right length and made her cuter than I could imagine. Its a great community.

I came up there to buy a koi fish and and the employee asked if I was putting it in a 100 gallon tank or a pond and I said no Im putting in a 29 gallon tank. She refused to sell me the koi fish saying that it was unethical because they grow so big. I said OK fine Ill take another fish and she refused to sell me another fish which was a small shark because I mentioned I already have a koi in my 29 gallon with other fish and its doing just fine. I know that they grow big and when they out grow my tank Ill put them in my fathers pond. I shouldnt have been refused service.

Do not take large breed dogs to these groomers. They do not know how to handle or groom them. Good place to get supplies but take your pets somewhere else for grooming. Before we took him to PetSmart, we asked if they knew how to handle and groom large breeds and especially German Sheppards. We were told sure; they handle them all the time. When we got our German Shep home, we found we paid $55 for an incomplete job. All he got was a bath. The groomer was used to only doing small dogs so was "afraid" to finish his grooming process.

Full stocked with what we needed for the cats and dogs..even with the petperks our purchases we discounted further than advertised on this trip (great!) Only draw back I had to wait 10 min in ckout after noticing my purina one dogfood was double-charged on the reciept.the cashier remarked that they were having scanner issues.aside from the 2 double charges during checkout, having to go back into the same line to refund my 26$ was ridiculous.managers are Not helpful in there since he told me to go back to same said^ cashier..

i do not appreciate being interrogated about my tank setup every time i come to buy a fish. on top of that the clerk who was dealing with me in the fish dept was offering the fish i asked to buy to another employee to take home!. i dont appreciate being treated like a bad caretaker over buying a fish. i have multible exotic pet species, i think i can handle a fish. they act like its the hardest thing in the world and i felt guilt tripped and i seriously thought they where going to refuse to give me the fish.

petsmart is horrible. I hate petsmart grooming. the other day I went to drop off my dog at the petsmart grooming and an hour later I went to pick him up but he was not read but when I saw my dog he was all shaved off I was realy mad! my dog was all hairy and now he barely has any hair! my dog did not look like himself! my cat did not know that was the dog the cat keeps at hissing at my dog! I WILL NEVER GO TO PETSMART GROOMING! NEVER GO TO PETSMART GROOMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They corrected alot of problems with the staff. 6 months ago 1 tech was always rude & act as if she hated everyones dog, but it seems management has talked to her & worked with her. She was easily getting frustrated because some dogs werent as trained as she thought, but this pass month check up for our 2 year old pit was lovely. She greeted our puppy & even played with her. She was a very sweet person & had no problem & explaining everything in my puppys check up.
