Stumbled upon this store by accident, but very glad I did. Im an aquarium enthusiast and during the time of my first visit they had a low fish stock. I asked the owner to special order me a couple of FW peacock bass cichlids (South American). Not only did the fish he order get to the store in 2 days, he price matched other stores and kept them in the original distributor bag to reduce stress from moving. Definitely a must for anyone who is involved with exotics. Their saltwater section wasnt bad either, although theyve had a low fish stock when I went, the quality is always exceptional. Never any marks from parasites/disease/bullying and the live rock is gorgeous; often filled with small zoas and feather dusters; always coated w. purple algae. All in all Im happy to have found this store, and in response to the other reviews talking about Quality > Price do you really want to take the cheap route when getting a pet? Personally I think the $5-$10 more pales in comparison to having a healthy animal that wont die in a week. And if you really pinch your pennies TALK TO THE OWNER, after talking to him for 5 minutes you can tell hes willing to work with anyone. Give this place a shot!

Found this local pet shop by accident when I was at the UPS store, great customer service! Was greeted as i entered the store, and was asked if I needed help finding anything. The prices are about 1-2$ higher then walmart/petco/petsmart, but that is perfectly acceptable. Id come back for the customer service alone, and to support your local pet shop in the area. They have a wide variety of items to choose from, and if they dont have what youre looking for they will special order it for you, I highly recommend this shop! Definitely my new pet store!

Ive been purchasing my crickets & mice from Pet Malls for years! The staff is very, very friendly & is always willing to help you in finding what you need for your pet. Most definitely a clean pet store as well, but I do hope & wish they would get more reptile supplies! Plants, hides, grapevine, vines, etc. Nonetheless, an absolute all around great pet store!!!

This place is awesome, management is great! We have large parrots and they didnt carry our bird food until I asked for them to order it for me, only pet store we go to for all of our basic everyday needs!
