I would give 0 stars if allowed... I called in advance to make sure that the store had plenty of LIVE SMALL mice in stock and the female associate that answered the phone said yes and i said are you sure? And she said yes we do... (Now its a rather far drive for me in my gas hog of a truck that isnt as reliable as id like but such is life)... So i drive all the way there just to be told upon arrival that no theyre sorry i was misinformed but they do not currently have any small live mice... They said they had Frozen mice but i explained my pet just wont eat a frozen/thawed... And then they tried to question me are you sure it wont? Do you want to try? So wait youre wanting me to waste more of my hard earned money on something that i already said wouldnt work... I felt like i warnt being heard or just completely discounted! After wasting MY time and MY gas all i got in return was a sorry...

This store is super organized. Their fish department needs some work. They had a ton of dead fish inside their tanks which makes the tanks unappealing and are signs of unsanitary tanks and sickened fish. I know the standard is to clean the tank casualties in the AM before or right after opening and once again before closing at a minimum. They need to get with the program. Live fish eating rotting dead fish is a recipe for disaster down the road. If I buy a fish that contracted a disease from a decaying tank mate and put it straight into my establish aquarium could cause a breakout that can kill all my expensive fishes.

The store is beautiful compared to other PetSupermarkets I have been in. The employees there are very friendly, remembered me from the last time I was in and extremely helpful. I was trying a new dog food and they even inquired if it was new to my dogs and suggested how to introduce it to my dogs. I was really impressed!! My dogs who really dislike going into stores are now starting to adapt to this one.

Cleaner and quieter than your petcos and pertsmarts. Better selection of food and non food items as well I would say. My dogs love it and are less overwhelmed not having to deal with the volume of animals crying about grooming and whatnot. Not to mention I have yet to see any accidents that are left like the larger stores.

They actually do not know any of the vital Information for the animals they sell. They misguide people on a regular basis giving false information on general husbandry of the animals they sell as well as poor customer service majority of the time.

The fish we bought there have Ich and the manager was no help. He basically told me that I probably bought the fish from another store. Dont buy your fish there. After looking at a previous review, its obvious they still have an Ich problem!

The customer service here was excellent! Justine, one of the cashiers, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all animals and requirements for my pets. She let me hold the gerbils! I will definitely be back again.

OK to start off the animals here are infected with parasites and very under taken care of. I would never buy another pet from them again. I mean from the fish to the reptiles mites and worms ridden poor creatures.

Staff are less than useful, and the last two fish Ive purchased have both infected my tank with ich. Thought the first may have been a fluke, but now Im certain its not. I wont be back.

Sadly the birds are cold and they dont have anything for them to warm out when the store is cold. They are little birds from semi-tropic weather. I dont understand the mistreat.

Selection is decent, Terrible customer service. Would not accept a coupon because it was on a phone (they apparently are stuck in 1985 and only accept paper coupons)
