They have a good selection of products, however their customer service people need training. My wife was standing next in line when the cashier turned her light off. Instead of finishing my wifes transaction, she told her get into another line, cosequently losing her spot. My wife asked why she wouldnt finish her transaction since she was there before she turned off her light? The cashiers response was, "Sorry Im leaving now." I thought it was a rude way to take a break.

Normally pretty good, really nice employees. Seem under staffed sometimes, but always really helpful! The only problem Ive had is that the two guinea pigs I bought from them had upper respiratory infections, but I chose to treat them at my local vet instead of taking them back. Other than that all the animals Ive gotten from there have been healthy

Only place to get senior food that my dog will eat. Have noticed that a certain employee will always say hi to my husband but never says anything to me. She seems to go out of her way to avoid me.
