Store is hands down the cleanest PSP that I have ever been in. Prices are good. Staff is friendly and kind. They had an adoption event going on this weekend (happy to see stuff like this). Here is my problem. I have been keeping reptiles for some time now, and I was absolutely astonished at what I saw this past weekend. TWO FULL ADULT bearded dragons being kept in the same tank. PSP are not beardie breeders & most definitely should not be displaying this as encouragement to new reptile owners (or even experienced ones). This is abuse, and give it a few weeks, one of those poor beardies will be dead. I get that not everyone who works at PSP is a heavily experienced reptile keeper, but this kind of stuff is unacceptable.

Good store and helpful staff for the most part. Their small animals seem healthy and fairly happy too, cages are always tidy. Sometimes I feel like the selection for anything besides food (and even sometimes food, they lack a lot of Orijen brand stuff, and thats what I buy for my cats) is sort of lacking, but its a good one stop for all kinds if pet stuff.

Can be a bit expensive but they have great sales, we got a 40 gallon tank for $30. My daughter got her hamster here and he is happy and healthy. Although they dont have as large of a selection as other chain pet stores, the wonderful staff makes up for it.

Friendly staff very helpful with some pet concerns I had. They were out of an item that was needed and they checked other stores to find it for me and they ordered some in fast .the staff at this location has saved me a lot of time and money .
