Jackie was my cashier and she was very helpful with helping me price match and save more on my cat food and lizard items. She suggested food that would be helpful for my cat instead of the other food I was buying her to keep her helpful. Addyson was the manager at the time and she also helped me find diffrent things when I was also buying a hamster. She saw I was confused and came over and got me everything I needed right away she was very nice and sweet. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Greeted on the way in, greeted in the store, greeted on the way out. Bright, clean. Associates were clearly bored, but werent playing on their phones, and the store was clean, shelves were stocked. I like that theyve taken down one of their animals for sale cages and made it a little adoption center. The animals were all active, and the cages were clean, no signs of stress. I like it, Ill definitely keep stopping here in the future.

Their people are friendly enough, but they arent knowledgeable, and their corporate policies are ridiculous. Only at this store will you see a one fish in a tank for 1.98 on sale, and then THE SAME EXACT FISH being marketed in another tank as "Glofish" when it is clearly the exact same color and everything as the 1.98 fish for 7 dollars. Dont get ripped off. Petsmart is a thousand times better, and they are right down the road.

I used to choose this over one most over most chain pet stores until the day that my fish tank got infected by Ich (a deadly fish parasite) from tetras I had bought there. Over half of their tanks were affected with it and when pointed out to the worker, she just shrugged and said that they medicate the tanks. Obviously not well enough!!

Not the cheapest place but they do price match and the staff is very friendly! I dont recommend the frozen dog food here I have never gotten one that wasnt freezer burned=( the last one I couldnt even feed. But they have a good selection of dry food.

Very comparable in price with other pet stores especially for grain free dog food which I have 2 dogs on. Staff was very helpful and did inform me of the price match policy. I will be returning.

They had dead goldfish laying in the bottom of the tank and the alive goldfish were eating them. There was a tortoise that also appeared to be dead (not moving/berating).

The manager and staff go out of their way to be helpful and courteous, wide range of products, store is clean and well organized.
