We were staying at Hendersonville, and it was the last day of our trip, and we wanted to get some homemade treats for our dog before we left to go hiking for the day. Their store hours said 10-6pm, and we got there a few minutes before 10 that morning. At 10 am there were no lights on inside, so we called and no one answered the phone. We even walked up to the door and knocked on it. We stayed 5 minutes after 10 and the store showed no signs of opening. This was ridiculous, because the hours online and on their storefront clearly state 10-6. This can completely mess up travelers like us who were in a hurry and weren’t staying in town any longer. I can’t even review the store or their products, because they didn’t open when they said they would. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

Would have liked to have shopped here but didnt get the chance. I was on vacation and arrived to the store a few minutes before it was supposed to have opened. I waited until after 10 and no one ever opened the place. The lights were still off and the Closed sign on the door. I continued to wait, even knocked on the door, thinking someone had forgotten to officially open but no one ever came. I called and no one answered, so I left a message and never got a call back. When you say you open at 10 you need to actually open at 10, because people are on vacation and dont have all day to sit and wait for someone to deign to open the store.

This store is a treasure! Go here if you really want to pamper your pup. Its a more high end place with more high end pup accessories. This store has everything from dog rain jackets to dried duck feet and home made treats. Theres a section for cats in the back too if thats what youre into. They also stock high end toys and high quality foods. The woman behind the register was very friendly and well definitely be back for more treats soon!

Absolutely love this place. Ive been struggling to find the right harness for a while now. My dogs pulling was making going on walks unbearable. They helped me fit my dog and find the perfect harness. Also they have an awesome selection for treats and toys!

They have a really nice selection of by the Pound treats. Our dogs love them and theyre fair priced. The toys and other items in the store are a bit pricey. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming.

We love this place. Its so cute inside and they really take an interest in the customers needs. They sell high quality food and items for pets and are located in beautiful downtown Hendersonville, NC.
