These guys ROCK!! Seriously, I saved soooo much $$$ that I actually feel like I stole the appliances (2 dishwashers & a refrigerator). **The staff is SUPER-SMART. **Their prices are EXTREMELY FAIR. **Their inventory is MIND-BLOWING; they have A LOT of appliances -- and yet, somehow, they know everything about every single one of them. Its scary-crazy yall, so dont be intimidated by all the washers, dryers, etc -- they got you ;-) I will be a repeat customer. I dont feel like I got ripped off, at all -- and thats HUGE. I felt *safe* and LISTENED TO. Im very confident with my purchases -- I know I got the best deal(s) out there. If youre on the fence, get off and head over to AA Ideal Used Appliances. You wont regret it. These guys are as HONEST as they come & I feel lucky/blessed to have come across them. Srsly, I cant say enough good things, but Ill stop so you can go see for yourself! PC out!

These guys are amazing with customer service. Im a repeat customer and find that their appliance last for years. I bought a Kenmore refrigerator and washer from them ten years ago and they still work very well. I recently purchased a digital whirlpool dryer from them a year ago and my dryer shut itself off, I took it to them and they checked it out and found the problem, well the problem wasnt with the dryer it was clogged with lint, it was my outside duct that needed cleaning and caused the lint to become clogged inside the dryer. I didnt know this until the owner informed me, now they are unclogged and it works perfectly well. Thanks guys for your willingness to resolve the problem if it was the dryer and advising me on how to prevent the problem again.

I did a little search before I decide to get a washer and dryer,great fast delivery, but was soon disappointed in the washer a bad smell came from it,after several cleans still hair,dirt and leafs was in the corners and inside the washers drum it was no way I using this to wash my clothes the great thing is I receive my money back and now still on the hunt for a washer, dryer still works but havent used it but its no I wouldnt refer this place to friend

Mike and the guys at AA were able to get me exactly what I was looking for at the best price in town. They have an incredible inventory and are knowledgeable on their products. I will be returning to AA for any of my future needs and will be referring all of my friends and family to them. Hands down the place to go if you are looking for any used or scratch/dent appliances!

Great store!!! They got me in and out. They have very reasonable price for the merchandise. they can repair what you alreay have. The only thing is they dont have a lot of sale associates so have patience, it will be worth the wait with the money to you save. I purchased an oven and it worked like new and looked like new. I will definitely go there again.

Im giving it a 4 instead of a 5 only because I got there too late to actually buy anything, but they definitely have good looking stuff, low prices, a huge variety of appliances, etc. I will be going back and will update my review as warranted. Bottom line - appears worth a trip for the value-oriented buyer.

I bought a washing machine there. It was the best price I could find in town on a used one (which looked like brand new) and they offered a 6-month in store warranty. Id have to bring it back, but that was better than anywhere else I found. They were really nice folks and they had a great selection.

I arrived here at 2:59pm on Saturday and man that helped me said that he was the owners son. He asked what I was looling for and showed me their inventory. He let me shop quickly and make my purchase. I bought a dishwasher and look forward to using it. I will return and definitely recommend!

Is not what it just to be, prices skyrocketed, make sure you check the price for a new appliance before coming to this place, for $100 dollars more you can find it new at home depot or brandsmart with complete warranty
