Andreas claimed himself "The store manager" ar West Hills, Los Angeles, California Target just failed completely to offer any customer service, let alone to resolve my shopping problem error due to being charged twice for a set of Dutch ovens but a very nice young lady on Friday Im sure simply by mistake. Andreas just moments ago when I left completely frustrated and happy and feeling assaulted in my senses of dignity and wellbeing, seem to enjoy withholding any help and even lying to me regarding my shopping experience there this past Friday. On Friday though 22nd September 2017 just three days ago, I most happily purchased over $300 worth of camping supplies which I unfortunately had to return today as I was not able to go camping because my son from Severs PTSD from the military which he served had a medical emergency on Friday afternoon right before I left to go camping. This morning I made my return of the camping items as I dont think I will go camping for some time now as my son health is precarious in this regard, and did so at the Sherman Oaks California store. This morning when I return those items and left there completed the return it about noon, today being the 25th of September 2017, a very nice young lady named Jem was explained to me that I had been charged twice for a set of Dutch ovens at the price of 1899 each so it totaled for those two Ovens of which Id only purchased one, a value of more than $40 although I dont recall the exact amount at the moment. Probably leaving the Sherman Oaks store around noon I told this young lady who was so helpful that I had to use the restroom and was she please just told that says thats Evans which I then had to drive about 20 miles in 97 degree weather by the way around noon to the West Hills store because she was not able to see the film she said of security cameras I suppose. You would think of giving me the benefit of the doubt but now I have to go traipsing all over town and by the way I am disable legally myself having been a former school teacher Ive been retired since I was 32 years old with my legal complete disability. Although I informed the nice young lady today at Westhill who was helping me before Andres came along the young ladys name being Stephanie, I said I cant be driving all over town its going to be 80 miles back and forth back and forth in the heat and all because your cashier made it an innocent but costly mistake not to mention the price of gas in my time being worth something even though Im disabled I do have a life and I have other things including visiting my son in the hospital. So I suggest that you shop somewhere other than Target all together as it is not limited to this location that I have found customer service to be not only non-existent at times can be very helpful when you have a special need and I dont need my handicap buy me an example for them to see the video tape her to take my word for it that Id like to set which would total 6 ridiculously large dutch ovens for my little self to go camping, I am treated as if I have assaulted this Andres and believe me this is happened as I have grown up in this town right now 55 over the years and that is why I very rarely go to the West Hills California Target. I have also found belligerence rudeness out-and-out disregard and non-belief of fact that Ive given managers at the Sherman Oaks Woodland Hills and West Hills targets all within 20 miles of my home in Sherman Oaks of course youre being closes and by the way tell me about ridiculous that store on Sepulveda Boulevard is not in Sherman Oaks California look it up Im just saying where does the dishonesty end that stores in fact in the town of Van Nuys which is predominantly 80-something percent Hispanic many African Americans and very few Caucasians and so Target chooses to very upscale neighborhood is kind of like saying Harlem is Manhattan New York.

I give it 1 star because it was clean. But as for customer service , no stars! I asked a sales associate where I can find Olay Skin products and she literally looked at me , pointed and said "over there". Ummmm... really? Wowww!! Then , One of their price check scanners was not working and I asked a sales associate, "Where is the nearest working price checker?" He said, "I cant help you Im on my break , you can go to the register like everyone else". And then I go to the checkout line , and I ready to buy my items. Which Im buying 3 head & shoulders to get $5 gift card. I had 1 target in-store coupon, 1 manufacture coupon & cartwheel app 10% off. And they did not accept it. The manager said , I cannot combine any of them. And you cant use them .Only 1. Since when? Ive always try to find the best deals and have never had a problem at any other Target before. He didnt even try to help or find out what was wrong. He basically just went about his way. And ignored me. The cashier seemed new with no idea what to say. Im telling you , if the Store manager does not have any customer service skills or manners how the hell is he going to have a staff that is customer service friendly and helpful??? Worse Target EVER!!!

The sales floor manager, "Allen" was very rude and inconsiderate. I didnt receive a $5 gift card as advertised for purchasing some items, and he blamed it on the fact that I had used coupons, because he clearly did not know what was going on. When I attempted to explain to him why I believed I was correct, he said "Youre just going in circles, and I wont give you the gift card because you used coupons". This and several other rude gestures such as sighs of annoyance and passive aggressive behavior made my experience terrible. A cashier was kind enough to explain when a similar situation arose in a later purchase. She explained that the specific combination of items I purchased did not trigger the gift card, although all of my items were eligible towards the gift card. What sort of manager sacrifices customer satisfaction over five dollars? Ill be contacting the corporate offices about this. Hope he gets fired.

bought an item recently for daughters B day .she loved it , but 10 days later item was in ad for 10$ less .called store and corp .got runaround for credit back to target card ...whatever happened to customer price gaurentee especially same co. was told if i bought online maybe i could... but to do in store iwould have to brind item back and buy new one!! fun huh gimme a break plus remember it was a B day gift. so went to store to find manager evidently 2 hold equal title to this position ? girl manager told employee couldnt help and disapeared w/o speaking to me THEN,..i met JOSHUA.. he listened and was kind enough to have a gift card issued thats customer service .Ive owned and run companies guess who gets a promotion and a raise, TARGET???

In all honesty , I have kind of mixed feelings about this particular Target, dont get me wrong its a clean place and I love the location but ,I hate how close the smoking section is to the store. Some of the workers there treat you crappy especially the rent a cop there. When he seen me putting my items in my baby stroller instead of a shopping cart he followed me around the whole darn store (smh) it all depends on what day you go in order to experience a good experience. Hope my review helped =).
