I wouldnt choose any other provider, even after this one experience Im having, I tried calling, and the selection menu of the numbers they provided for the issue Im having wasnt clear, I ended up going through having to press 6 or 7 buttons choosing the issues I somewhat had? But after all that, it didnt connect me with anybody, it had no information for me, so I tried it all again, and just chose the speak to store representative option which was what I inevitably wanted in the first place, and after 30 seconds it tells you that nobody answered the phone maybe due to them talking to a customer, so it has you press 1, and after pressing 1 so many times where Ive been on the phone for 10 minutes, the announcer lady isnt talking anymore and its dead silence, so I call back and do it all again, still nothing after 5 minutes, all I wanted to ask would have taken 5 SECONDS assuming the staff could ACTUALLY help me. I was going to ask if they had Galaxy Note 7 in stock.... thats it. I know that I just sound like a grumpy customer but if I was answered yes, thats quite a bit of money in the stores pocket right then and there. "That awful customer spent 10 minutes making our phone go off like crazy, just dont pick up if its his number" is all that came to mind.

NOT recommended !!! Impossible to reach by phone for an appointment, you have to go to the store if you want one and if you just show up the wait is an hour or more. Once in the store expect to spend an hour or 2 after they derive your problem/s to a national representative via a phone call... so you are on the phone instead of with a real person, defeating your purpose of a face to face problem solving action. They never solved our real problems of signal and billing mistakes. NOT recommended !!! Use a different carrier in Ventura County area.

It is my first time having at&t as my cellphone carrier. I visited this store to get help on activation on my new number and phone, got in, get helped right away by the staff named David. He is very attentive and helpful, as well as very patient in handling my activation. Took a while since he needs to call the att technical support to get it done, but I appreciate that very much since I wouldnt be able to put up with the wait time on their call center. Overall good experience!!

Its just awful. AT&T is calls itself a "communications" company; communicating with them is nearly impossible. Their in-store reps are poorly trained, and the automated recording on their phone lines is an insult to the intelligence of normal human beings. Probably ranks as the worst "customer service" experience on the planet... right up there with Verizon (absolutely the worst!) and the former soviet secret police, the KGB (second worst, after Verizon).

All the staff that I have encountered here have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly informative and helpful. Easy to book an appt online. Just check in with someone when you walk in the door and they will get you seen to within a reasonable amount of time.

The sales staff is nice and usually know what they are talking about .... it JUST TAKES SO LONG to get anything done there. They need a plasma on the wall so we can at least watch tv or something. Bring a snack and comfy shoes. Youre gonna be there awhile.

Wait forever. Dont come if you dont want to wait. Come by the first time. Register. The clerk told me itll be 30 minutes. Told me to run an error. Did so amd come back 20 minutes later. The clerk said I have to get back in line waiting. What the hell!!

Many attempts to speak with an employee was met with a busy signal--FROM A CELL PHONE STORE. Even my home has multiple lines and voicemail. Went to Sprint next to the Radio Shack and had excellent service and a great new EVO.

The internet is slow, and it makes getting helped out take longer. The two times I have been there in the last few months the employee and I had to wait around for the pages to load.

Over the past few months ATT has been doing much better in clueing in on customer concerns. Everything was handled in such a great way, and made me feel valued as a customer.

Disorganized queue system. Rep I worked with was generally unhelpful, and took far too long for service.
