My daughter is 3 so needless to say we visit this store frequently especially in the last 6 months and I am continuously impressed with the staff - They have been so helpful with suggestions as well as when my daughter threw up all over my husband and her new Moana toy in the store while waiting in line, the staff was on top of it to help him, give him paper towels, clean up my daughters awful mess of throw up, give her a new Moana, AND give them both 50% off of two t shirts to help with the situation! I am in Awe of how caring and "magical" these people are. We are so grateful for such exceptional customer service, especially in a childrens store

This was the most amazing experience ever!!! My sisters had a blast !! We did the birthday celebration package and they staff here are amazing kind and you get so much stuff with the birthday package. I am glade i did this for my sisters birthday she was excited and this is something he young ones will NEVER forget!!

This is actually a super super good Disney Store. The store itself was very well organized and the staff was also super helpful and nice and actually very knowledgeable as well~ I was very happy with my visit to the store.

It has a very magical environment, as well as friendly professional staff and a wide array of products for both current Disney movies as well as the classics. On the pricey side, but thats expected for Disney merchandise.

I like the disney store just because it makes me feel like a kid again and I suggest to go when they have a sale because the merchandise here can be a bit expensive if you are on a budget.
