Saturday morning on July 2, 2016 I arrived at the Oxnard, CA corporate store. The purpose of my visit was to get an upgrade on one of the phone numbers on my Sprint account. I wanted to choose a phone that would be free (besides for the sales tax on the phone). After being assisted by a nice young lady it was determined that I could choose either the IPhone SE or the IPhone 5. However, she discovered the store location didnt not have either phone in stock. The sales lady called the Thousand Oaks store and was told they had both phones. At approximately 7:15pm Tuesday night on July 5th 2016 I arrived at the Thousand Oaks Sprint store located at 173 N. Moorpark Road. A female employees greeted me, I told her I was there to receive a free upgraded phone and Id decided I wanted the iPhone SE and while she was looking up my account I had 2 other questions. She asked me my pin to verify my account, I provided it. Then she said we dont give out free phones. I said what do you mean? If you want the IPhone SE then you will have to pay $16/month. I said Im confused because I was just at another store and was told that my upgrade for those phones would not cost me anything. Over the next minute Liz keep saying we dont give free phones and I keep insisting that I was told differently. So not really sure what I should do at this point I tried to take the conversation in a different direction. I told Liz the $16/month you are quoting me is to rent the phone, right? Liz says yes. I say how much is it to out right buy the phone with a 2 yr contract she said the iPhone SE was $399 and the 5 was $300. I asked her what her name was and her supervisors name was. She said Liz and Todd was her supervisor. I left the store and went to my car. From there I contacted the supervisor (Jerry) at the Oxnard store to verify that I was suppose to get a free phone. He said yes. Jerry also revealed Liz lied in her comments on my account. She said I came into the store and wanted a free IPhone 6...which is a lie. He offered to have the phone sent to his store and I could pick it up there. So I went back into the store, with the intention of telling Liz that her behavior was unacceptable and that I would be reporting this incident. Jesus Sanchez was at the counter. I asked him to get her for me, she refused to come out. I told him he seemed nice enough and if he would be wiling to wait on me. Jesus said sure of course. He pulled up my account and I had my new iPhone SE with a new outer box case within about 10 minutes. It would have taken even less time if I wasnt talking to him so much lol. The next day July 6th, I called the store to complain to the manager Todd. I told him she needs to be fired. He seemed to be so caring and appalled by her behavior, he even apologized. He said he would address it with her immediately and call me back. As of today I have not received that phone call back. Lizs behavior was unacceptable. I was not a disgruntled customer, I was getting a free phone, I had nothing to be mad about, in fact I was quite happy coming into the store. There was nothing that I did to provoke her to react to me in this manner. I have never been refused service EVER in my life, I am still in shock, disappointed and angry. I would like to also add, about 3 years ago I came into this store to purchase a new phone, everyone of the approximately 10 sales rep was assisting customers. I would have been next in line. Not one person said hello, or I would be right with you, or put my name on a list (like they do at the Oxnard store). So during the 15 minutes I waited, customer reps were finishing up with customers and going back to the back, leaving me standing there. I vowed never to go to that store again. Liz should be fired immediately and Todd should be reprimanded. They, and Liz in particular are the face of Sprint. No paying customer should ever be subjected to such humiliation as what I experienced that night.

I gave this store a 1 star rating, if I could have given it 0 I would have. The customer service at this store is lacking. The wait times are very long and there is no one there to welcome and greet you and tell you that you have to sign in and wait. If it was just this, I would have let it slide but there is more. The staff there is very inexperienced and take hours to do anything. It literally took me two and a half hours to get out of there with two new phones for my daughters. On top of that the agent told me things that werent even true ( I found out later that they werent, I tool his word for it when I was there, I mean why wouldnt you trust a sprint agent in a sprint store to know his stuff). I was told that the two new iphone 5c that I purchased would get a $50 rebate for each of them (he even gave me a rebate form) but after mailing in the rebate and weeks later it was declined - reason iphone were never on rebate..So I paid 100 on each of these phones with a 2 year contract. The agent just lied to me about the rebate to get the sale. Next, I was told that since my phone 5c was under a corporate discount plan I would get refunded the $36 activation fee within the billing cycle. Did it happen? No.. So I give this store a 1 star rating for bad customer service, very long wait times, in experienced staff telling customers inaccurate information. Dont go here. There were a lot of people just waiting around and getting annoyed.

I was told that my phone would be ready to take at 4 pm. I arrived at the store at 3:58 pm and was told it would be five minutes. I waited approximately 30 minutes and was then summoned to the counter by Todd. Todd was bland and tried to help me to the best of his ability; however, he was not up tot he job. The phone I had ordered was not in stock and he could not pull up my account to see which phones i could choose from and what the specs on those phones might be. I told him this was not acceptable. He told me it was time for his lunch-break and i would be helped by Jacques. She immediately punted to EJ the Assistant manager who was not helpful at all. At this point in was an hour into my time being wasted and i had an appointment I need to get to so I told EJ I needed a phone setup and to be out the door in ten minutes so I could make it to my appointment on time. I also told him his store was very poorly managed and that I would like to get this resolved now. His response was to tell me "that isnt gonna happen and i need you to leave the store now". I asked why he wanted me to leave, I was told I was being rude. I asked for the store manager and the regional manager information. He gave me the name of Mike Holmes (who is only available to be contacted through EJ.....I left a message with EJ two days ago with no response. I am now going ot corporate. Oh and i am changing carriers
