DON"T GO HERE!!! These guys are an authorized retailer, not a corporate store, and are pressured to make quick sales (from what I felt). Long story short, a sale representative saw I needed a new phone in June and repeatedly gave me a verbal estimate that my bill would change by ~$3/mo, when in fact they signed me up for a program without informing me or stating so in a receipt or contract, and inflated my bill $40/mo! The store manager understood my situation and admitted mistake, but said there was nothing he could do, and the district manager left me a voice message, but was unreachable when I tried to contact him back (I gave up after 3 weeks).

Staff greeted me pleasantly, listened to the issue I was having with my service, switched me over to Direct TV and saved me money in the process.
