Worst customer service i was just trying to figure out my bill because i had an unknown device in my account and these girls just tried to sell me a phone and a tablet I understand its their job to sell but as a customer from sprint for 9 years i should atleast get the respect of being loyal to sprint and as soon as i said no to their sale they just ignored me and they were just on their phone (no wonder it was lonely in the store) i got tired of them not helping me and i just honestly told them are you girls going to help me and they just said no so the next day i went to verizon and i ended up switching and i told my brother and his family and my sister and his family what had happen and they ended up switching sprint to because sprint customer service is just plain out dumb. So just by not helping me out sprint took a hit with customers as well(Sprint you need to check these people and teach them customer service)

I am still speechless ... today i walked into Sprint here in Moorpark hoping i could get approved to get a phone for my only daughter whos birthday is tomorrow May 15... at first i thought i wasnt gonna get her present but ANNABEL . took all the time and patience to let me leave with a smile...and yes i did she helped me in so many ways i want to recommend all of you to go and switch to SPRINT ...thank you soooo much i cant wait to see my daughters face full of tears when i give her her new phone ... thanks kyle and victor you guys all worked as a team and im very satified !

I helped my wife upgrade to a new phone at the Mpk store today. Weve been Sprint customers for over 10 years and have always had problems with service at our Thousand Oaks Sprint store. Today, Anabel helped us at the Moorpark store...and it was the best service weve ever had at a Sprint store. Im a professional customer service skills trainer...and Anabel is a natural. Thank you so much for doing a great job for us, Anabel.

Go see Kyle at the Moorpark store. He was so personable and helpful. He was able to get me a better plan and a new phone for less than I was paying before. Kyle delivered the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Everyone on staff at the Moorpark store was friendly and helpful. Best of all Kyle did everything for me very quickly so I could get on with my day.

Just switched my service from Verizon and got a great deal on a plan. Annabel Rodriguez was the sales associate that helped me out. She worked with my sister and I to find the right plan, the right phones and was able to save us both a ton of money! Annabel was very helpful and extremely patient with us. So glad we went in. The Sprint network in Moorpark has been undergoing "repairs" for months now. The store is understaffed. Ive waited 60+ minutes before without service, and then left, because I could see it would be at least another 5 minutes of waiting before my 10-20 minute transaction. Not reasonable. I quit Sprint and this store.

I usually go to the Sprint Store in Los Angeles, but walked into the one in Moorpark. Victor, Chris and Eric did such a good job and hooked it UP!!! I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S6, they replaced my sons broken Galaxy S5, and Im going back to add another line and get ANOTHER phone! Nice job guys, thanks!!!

I came in with an issue. I did not know my pin and Chris was able to help me and was able to reset it for me. I was driving around from store to store and nobody was able to help me Chris was able to get it done and now this is my favorite store!

Eric And Kyle are the best! They are always willing and helpful to do everything I need. They work their hardest and my phone comes out the best. The switch from att to sprint was definitely worth it.
