Im 31, I chew tobacco & smoke pot. So when i had to stop running every morning BC of a skre throat w/ no other symptoms, & it lasted weeks, my thoughts turned to cancer. I went to see Dr Vang & he gave me a strep test & examibed my eyes ears nose & throat. He prescribed antibiotics for my inflamed tonsils even tho the strep test came up negative, & when my throat stayed inflamed while my tonsils shrunk a week later I returned confirming I took all my antibiotics as prescribed did the benadryl & maalox gargling, & took the claritan he had also prescribed.. i was very sure at this point that something unfixable was lurking in my throat but Doctor Vang reassurred me it was only allergies- he prescribed a once daily nasal spray & I went home & decided I wld try runninf the next morning cancer or no cancer. .4 miles from my house i passed a tree that had bloomed recently & the pollen was obvouisly present. My throat started getting irritated at the air i was breathing & when i tried closing my mouth my nose got irritated, my xhest hurt as well, i had to walk most of the way back & after I got home & the pain subsided their was a tickle in my throat that made me hack & cough till my back muscles were sore. Dr Vang was right, I have allergies. My throat must have gradually swollen as i only started running last Februrary & the closer I got to October, the worse my throat got until I finally ran into an Allergen my body reacted to. I was SO RELIEVED. I already have a degenerative disc in my neck & I was sure my efforts to keep in shape wld be mocked by God & I wld die of poor health far before my time. Well it may be thats true, but not any time soon, as Dr Vang correctly diagnosed me w/ allergies. He even did a 2nd strep test to put my mind at ease the day before I ran & had an allergic reaction to pollen. I was a bit embarassed to go to Urgent Care for Kids but they took medi-cal, the Doc was spot on, and the Nurses were compassionate & competent. Dr. Vang, I certainly appreciate the care you gave me- you saved me countless anxiety attacks & you didnt even bat an eye when i revealed i go to a methadone clinic. Its the type of professionalism thats usually lacking w/ some doctors when confronted w/ an addict- and I Really Appreciated it! Thanks guys!✌

Awesome reps at this location !!! managemt is amazing !! First off Any Apple devices nation wide whether its AT&T sprint or Verizon need to be warrantied through the Apple Store for Fresno thats at the fashion fair mall . Customer are mistaken that if the phone is used and they have had for more then 14 days if they have warranty isses amd its somthing the customer hasnt done , its a apple problem .!!!! Now as far as device support goes they are there only to service again manufacturing problems with Android devices . Staff there is a 3rd party location They do not have access like "att at the att center next store to service plans etc and questions like that , you come to the att side . They are only there to fix manufacturing problems . As far as call centers go , Well thats everywhere you go . You never know who you will get . There is long wait times and you have to make sure you understand correctly what department you are trying to transfer too . If you dont understand the options You come into a CORPORATE store and if you dont know which one that is then call and ask ? As far as people giving you wrong info over the phone that wasnt advice that a cor still would give as far as having the account holder present for the last many many years anyone who has ever been into a cor store knows You have to have A valid ID form that is not exspired with your name on the account listed as a primary Account holder that is only here for att to protect YOUR ACCOUNT . Best customer service at this location Oldest store in Fresno ca Under new management and its even better now ! I will only go to this location for regular account as well as I recommend big and small Bussiness accounts !!! They have certain teams they work with to help accomadate everyones needs , in home services like home security Television, Internet , land lines iPads tabs etc As well as large and small wireless Bussiness accounts. I would choose this location over all of Clovis and Fresno .

Do not go to the device service center. Their team has some of the rudest and unprofessional employees Ive ever seen. I went into the store to get a phone replacement covered under manufacture warranty, and WITHOUT asking me what shipping I wanted, this rude lady submitted the order for the slowest shipping method when I wanted to pay for the expedited shipping. I was to stay in town until Wednesday and leave on a 2 week business trip Thursday morning, but because of this woman I have to sit around and wait for my package because I only have 10 days to return the bad phone. She was a terrible employee and all she had to say was "theres nothing we can do, have a nice day." No one I called could help and now I have to deal with the mistake of this employee. I called AT&T and the phone line employees apologized on her behalf because they understood how stupid it was for ANYONE to submit an order without confirming with the customer. They phone reps even told me never to go to the DSCs because they dont know what theyre doing. I hope that woman gets in trouble because she ruined my next two weeks. NEVER GO HERE.

I walked in wanting to buy an iphone, instead, I got a bunch of unnattentive sales people behind the at&t desk doing what they do. But heres the catch, there were two people on one. Really? Do we really need two people on one? As I walked around, trying to get some attention, nobody paid no attention. There were probably three or four people there with a total number of 10 sales people there. Some had three people on one. It was ridiculous! I dropped my phone on purpose and a loud noise errupted on the hardwood floor. Everybody turned to me...FINALLY. Then they went back to their business. I work as a director of sales and I got to say, this is the most sad display of sales and customer service. I would have probably fired or reprimanded a few of those people. I then went to the at&t store on Blackstone and Shaw, and right when I walked in, I got a friendly, Hello sir, how can I help you today? then he assisted me in my help. Now was that so much to ask for? apparently at this location, it is.

I was very disappointed in the service here. My touch phone stopped working, and luckily I was still under warrenty. When I walked in, I could immediatly tell that no one wanted to help me. Before I knew it, a tech had my phone and "transferred" my old phone to my new phone. Once he gave it to me, Daniel D. told me that they couldnt transfer over any of my files, ring tones, calendar info, pictures, etc. This was after the fact. When I asked why I wasnt consulted before hand- he had no answer. He then proceeded to ask me personal information about other individuals that had previously on my account- apparenatly he knew my ex-husband and starting asking me how I knew him etc. This was extremely un-professional. I am really bummed out that my pictures will never be retrieved. Be careful when you go to this site.
