GREAT SERVICE. Please do yourself a favor and dont call in to customer service. Just go right in the store. The team there is more than happy to help you. These guys are great and they really know their stuff. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service while in the store, the associate Tameem Nazari talked on the phone for me to customer service! Crazy. I left with $198 CREDIT. Yep AND Was able to add a 5th line with a new phone for HALF what we were paying for 4 lines. Now Im a very happy Sprint customer and really enjoy having very helpful and knowledgeable team in my neighborhood. Thanks Guys Associates at the store are ALL so nice and helpful.

So happy I chose The Sherman Oaks location ! (Compared to Encino) Amazing customer service we walked in and was taken care of right away! No wait time at all! Tameem, Daniel and Rogelio all were so helpful with giving us the best Sprint family plan. (5 lines) With their knowledge we were able to understand that Sprint beats all other carriers service plans on the market with "The unlimited freedom " plan! The associates were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We definitely will be coming back for any questions or concerns that we may have, without hesitation and ask for any one of these sales associates for assistance. #sprintisthebest #okayapeh

I had an awesome experience at this store today yesterday I mad the mistake of going to the store on riverside and laurel canyon and it was horrible,but today Jesus P ,Rogelio B ,Jason ,Gordon L, and Jose showed true costumer service they went back and forth with the head office and collectively were able to resolve my situation beyond my expectations I am very thrilled with the outcome and I am walking out with my new IPhone 8 yaaaaaay me thank you guys I truly appreciate all of your time and all you did for me today I highly recommend that you all make this your official Sprint store!!!!thanks guys

Rogelio, Gordon and Mario, yep all 3, helped us . They were very thorough, professional and down to earth! Didnt mind explaining certain things multiple times (thank you for the patience), stayed way past their normal business hours, saved us $$$ and made sure we walked out of the door 110% certified! ...and my favorite part of the experience, not once did it feel like they were trying to hush us out or just "get over with it". On and all they were such a great team with such great team work. Thank you to the three of them. This was by far my best phone store experience in 15 years.

New sprint store opened up in the area, and we are switching over from ATT after a relative told us about their deals on plans. Davon, Gordon, and Rojelio were super helpful with setting up out new plan and making sure we got the best deals possible. They were very informative and broke down the plans they offered which ultimately helped us make our decision. We are pretty much getting the same services we have at ATT but at a much cheaper price. If you want to switch to sprint, come check these guys out.

I came into this store not expecting to buy a new phone but just looking for a portable hotspot. Well in the end I bought a new phone and got everything I was looking for and more. Gordon was the one that was helping me and was very informative and patient with all my questions. He wasnt pushy like most salesmen are, and I was comfortable with my decision. I also had help from Chase and Davon and I truly received a great deal from these people. Thank you guys for all your help I really appreciate it!

Really unhappy from day one and I am not sure why did I get back? Last year in October we went from AT&T to Sprint. I been told they will take care our AT&T bill, a year later they still dint pay that bill. We came to upgrade for the new phones. Associate promise me that phones will be at the store on 9.28.16. burt till today, 10.4.16. still nothing. Now I just called and gentlemen just told me "our store is really busy, can you call me back" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I had a problem with my iPhone 7 because it wasnt recognizing my upgraded storage. I came into the Sprint store on Van Nuys in Sherman Oaks and the customer service was absolutely terrific! Chase and Jesus really helped me out. They took the time to upgrade and update my phone. No more glitches! I can absolutely recommend the store and the really great customer service here! Five stars all the way!

Davon, Chase, and Gordon are such a pleasure to work with. They are all so easy going, and nice guys. Super intelligent, and have never failed to help me with my questions. As soon as I walked through the door, customer service was excellent. Greeted with warm conversation, friendly faces, and positive attitudes. All my questions were answered with sincerity and honesty. Knowledgeable staff. Best Sprint store Ive walked into? More like best cellular store Ive walked into. Chase and Davon took excellent care of me. Felt like family!

Customer service at this store is awesome!! Gordon is a great rep. I only came in to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, and I was in a rush. He made feel comfortable to leave my phones with him and still run out and handle my errands. I most definitely will ONLY come to this store to take care of all my phone transactions

I called ahead with concerns and spoke to Davon Pledger. He was very helpful so I came into the store immediately because I was over T-Mobile dropping my calls and no service. I was very surprised with the great customer service due to the poor treatment at T-Mobile. I highly recommend asking for Davon.
