Words cannot describe how awful and incompetent the store is. First off I had an employee who stole my credit card and went down to the store because her boyfriend works here. She was able to purchase a full security system and book installation without than ever checking identification. When I uncovered this theft anI brought the box containing security equipment back to this Marina del Rey store and gave it to the manager, Mike and( Bala who apparently no longer works there)... Mike assured me that he could "pull some strings" and that this is actually a perfect security system for my place of business and he guaranteed me they would be able to complete installation. Unfortunately they were not able to refund me on the spot for the security system that was purchased with my stolen credit card but he guaranteed me he would take care of it and send it back and I would see a credit on my account in the next few weeks ( it has now been nine months and I have not seen a credit, I have made endless visits and phone calls, not only have I not received a credit for AT&T and U-verse has now charged me for nine months for something that Ive never used). Insult to injury when Mikes installation crew arrived they told me flat out they absolutely cant install this in a place of business. I told them speak with Mike and Mike called me and offered me a measly $30 rebate on my next phone bill for the inconvenience he also told me someone would come down and pick up the box so I didnt have to carry it back down and driving across town to his store. I had to ask him for over four weeks repeatedly to have this person come out and pick up the box once they finally did arrive I dont know where it went I have now been charged for two security systems and monthly fees for nine months and nobody at the store will pick up the phone for talk to me about it. They are complete criminals and have no accountability I dont know how this place stays in business. I also left a message for their district manager Cameron who also never responded. So now they have sold over $3000 dollars from me and theres absolutely nothing I can do about it. Im only leaving this review to prevent other people from purchasing this terrible security system and please go to another store not this one!!!!! I would give 0 if I could

I am incredibly disappointed in the staff of this location. I called to check on screen protectors for my new iPhone 8- confirming before I drove to the location that they had what I needed. The team member on the phone confirmed that they did and that they closed at 9pm. When I arrived at 8:58pm to run in for the protector 2 staff members and a security guard sat there with the door locked as I tried to enter, looked at my phone- called out the time and tried to get in. I said it was for a screen protector... and they all stared blankly and pointed at their computer- perhaps a different time... ironic that my ATT phone was telling me it wasnt 9pm yet. As a loyal ATT customer corporate needs to do something about this customer service. Its not the brand I belong to.

This is the used car lot of ATT stores. The last time I went in there were 5 employees and I was the ONLY customer, yet I was still asked to "check in" and waited 15 minutes before the man who was sitting at one of the cell phone islands stood up and asked what I needed help with. Was he on a break? Unknown. I was simply there to purchase an iPhone 6- cash- I didnt want to make any changes to my plan. Rather than just sell me the phone that I came into the store for, he proceeded to try and convince me to change my cell phone plan that Ive had for 12 years. So I walked out and bought the phone at the Apple store. Id call and complain but so far, no ones ever answered the phone....

Patricia manager you made my day much easier by taking care of the situation, i normally dont have good luck with AT&T period......even though i have been with them for quite some time the fact that you took initiative and owned the situation, says alot about your management skill. its very rare to see people like you specially at AT&T trust me i dont say this lightly.....if it was not for what you done i would have switched to a different provider so AT&T you should be honored to have her as one of your asset employee...

Save your time and call tech yourself. Ordered a replacement device and went in to get the phone activated and was turned away. What the heck is the retail location for if they cant activate a new device they sent me with MY name and phone number. Went home and used a friends phone to call the number and activated it MYSELF. I should get paid whatever hourly wage theyre getting for doing such a simple job. I wouldnt be so upset if I didnt physically drive through LA traffic to get to the location.

I have been using AT&T for cell phone service since 1998. This store provided the best service so far. The reviews almost stopped me from going in. When I walked in, someone came up to me and asked me if I needed help right away. Everyone, including the manager were very friendly and very helpful. I was in and out within 20 minutes, with a new iPhone with all of my contacts transferred over.

Worst customer service. I dont want wast my time on my past experiences. I wont return her ever. Staff has no clue how to treat people, let alone the manager. The best way I can identify the agents at this store is scam artist. They will do anything to get a sell and it starts at the top with the manager. If you want a good experience with an AT&T store, go the the Westfield mall in culver city.

Do not recommend! Worst customer service of my life...consistently!! Cant ever rely on At & T to solve a problem, keep getting the run around as each tech passes on the problem to another and more than happy to pass the buck, and not handle the problem at hand!! Epitome of corporate america where no one cares about the customer who keeps getting screwed!!

0 stars The worst customer service. I cancelled after 7 days and they have the nerve to send me a bill for the balance of my next plan AFTER I already turned the phone in......dont go to ATT because if you change your mind you might end up with an ulcer. On hold to fix this issue for the second day, 47 minutes into the call......

I tried to buy a charger in the store and was told I would have to wait behind the three customers starting phone plans (and had waited behind the first person for at least 20min). The people who work in the store show no interest in sales or care for the customer. I echo the reviews - stay away from this location.

got to the store at 8:44 pm to buy and iPhone.... they were inside but wouldnt let customers in... there were 4 of us outside... they wouldnt even talk to us... the professionalism of that experience... totally unprofessional. They wouldnt even acknowledge us standing and tapping on the window.
