After waiting for 30 minutes it was our turn to upgrade our phones. We chose a Nokia Lumia 830 and just out curiosity we asked about the 950 model since there was a big banner promoting it. We were told that phone wasnt available at that store because it was super new. It had come out at the beginning of the week. Moreover it was more expensive and the few new features it had compared to the 830 we probably wouldnt even notice or need on our everyday use. We settled for the 830 and thanked our salesperson for the advice. After another 15 minutes of paperwork and verification of eligibility, we thought everything was finalized and we would have new phones. Actually not, our salesperson came back to tell us that they only had the 950 model (the same one that minutes earlier it was described to us as not worthy the money and not even available). We left because we had no confidence on the information being given to us. It seemed to fit their purpose, to sell us what they had. I would say that perhaps AT&T is not alone in this practice (pushing whatever is available) but for that to work the salesperson must know the inventory. Not very professional at all, misleading and in the end what should customer satisfaction level be? In a nut shell we wasted almost an hour at that store and were misinformed about the phones availability and features. At the end At&T had just lost all credibility with us. It would have been so much nicer if we were told the truth and they knew their inventory..... Perhaps some training would be in order for the people who work on At&T stores. We say that because our experience on the next AT&T store was even worse. If you are interested please read our review on our experience on their store at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Hawthorne BLVD in Torrance.

Stephen the manager was so thorough and professional I felt it was important to say give him a really good recommendation. So often people love to complain and forget to say when they get exceptional service. Please realize that when you have good people doing a good job it reflects on the company. I hope you will do what is necessary to keep these people happy. I also have had a very good experience with another employee at this location, Joey. Someone is hiring very good, qualified employees!!

Poor service. The moment we walked inthe salesperson said ge had an appointment in 10 minutes so he couldnt help us u til he saw if his appointment showed up. Meanwhile another walk in customer came in and he started helping him ( this was not his scheduled appointment). His appointment never showed up but he never took care of us. We left without service - still baffled. However, the AT&T store on PCH in Torrence was outstanding. Great service there

I tried to port a land line number to a new AT&T line; they quickly said they cant. I know people who have done it, but this store just doesnt want to. While waiting I heard them helping some customers with simple things, but when a difficult one came along they were similarly quick to say "we cant" and thats it. So come here only if your request is very simple.

Sarah, the store manager, was outstanding! She was super committed to making sure we got the best deal available on our iPhones and DirecTV. She spent two late nights with us getting it all taken care of - I highly recommend her and this AT&T location for any support related to your cell phones and/or DirecTV.

The sales associate Isaiah was the most helpful AT&T employee I have ever encountered. He kept me company while we waited for an authorization, and he helped me find the right phone that I needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had such a great time I would come back here just to hang out. 10/10 service.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. I have a Samsung phone and no one there knew anything about my phone or android. The response I got was that most everyone "on the hill" has an Iphone. I was unable to get the information I needed to fix my phone.
