My Wife and I went to this store after having a bad experience at another AT&T store about 1 mile away, hoping for a better outcome. We entered the store and noticed a salesperson busy with a customer and a group of 4 employees talking at a table near the counter. I approached the group and asked if one of them could help us. I was told that someone would be with us soon. I thought they were in the middle of a meeting and took a seat as I was told to. After about 20 minutes a couple comes through the door and one of the four people sitting at the table got up and asked if they needed help. I thought their meeting was over and approached their table again and asked if one of them could help us. The answer was negative, and we would be next after the salesperson finished with the couple who had just arrived. I asked if the couple had just arrived or if they were returning to finish a transaction already started. The employee talking to me asked the one helping the couple and the answer was negative again, they had just arrived. I couldn’t understand what was happening it felt like we were on candid camera or part of an SNL skit. It would have been funny but sadly we were not. The three employees at the table continued their conversation and we decided to leave. We must say that we were not cursed nor verbally abused however, AT&T employees failed miserably to meet even our lowest expectations. Our general feeling is that no one seemed to care and the employees we met are the face of AT&T to the customer. I would say at bear minimum AT&T should revisit the way their employees are trained if they want to avoid losing customers. What we saw wasn’t enough to keep our business. We had two very negative experiences in two different stores about one mile apart in a matter of two hours.(if interested please read our review on our experience at the store at the Peninsula Center RPV). It was a mix of bad training, incompetence and total lack of caring for customer satisfaction. We hope AT&T improves their level customer satisfaction. As customers we like to have options and it is sad that a company as big and as resourceful as AT&T is, ends up not being able meet our minimum expectations which are pretty low to begin with.

These people are idiots. Every time I go into the store to ask a simple question, Im met with quizzical looks and wrong answers. Example 1 - Im not receiving any email, phone calls, or any data on my phone. I call the store and ask if a cell tower is down, and Im told that everything is just fine. I eat lunch at a restaurant close to the store and meander in to ask in person. I am again told that everything is fine until one of the employees pulls out his own phone and *gasp* he doesnt have service!?! He calls corporate and is informed that the local tower has been down for approximately 7 hours by that point with no ETA. You think the local store would know that. Example 2 - My current phone is broken but useable. I walk in about 2 weeks ago to ask if anyone knew when the GSIII is coming out, and Im told (by more than one employee) that my question is rubbish. "We arent getting the Galaxy SIII sir, but we *are* getting the Galaxy SII Skyrocket HD soon." After informing him of the bulletin his company put out the previous week about AT&T forgoing the SII HD for the SIII, the quizzical looks returned and my faith in the store and her employees has been completely ripped from me. Id rather drive the extra distance to the store by Artesia Blvd. because they actually know what theyre talking about at that store, even if the wait is much longer.

I went to the store to get the iphone 4s. Sold out of course. The salesperson(Nadeline) told me they were sold out at all stores and that they could sell me the phone but wouldnt come in 2-4 weeks. She then checked to see about monthly discounts and told me my different options and to maybe check the MAC store. She was not pushy at all, very helpful,went out of her way to help me eventhough it seemed like I wouldnt come back. I left and came back 2 hours later,I didnt go to any other store. I have to wait 2-4 weeks for it to be shipped to me, but that great customer service, not being pushy and being straight forward was all worth it.The rest of the sales people seemed like the typical type...pushy,an answer for everything,attitude like u r there for them,and dont want to help u unless they will get the sale.When I went back to the store I waited 15 min, so she can help me.The 15 min wait and haven to wait weeks for my phone was worth the feeling of not feeling like I got jerked around or got scammed. If the store is smart, they will get more employees like her

I had to replace my sons Iphone because it crack again 2x this year. Anyways, the new Iphone 7 came out and I wanted the black phone so I went to this location, as you know all the salespeople right there at the front door just waiting for people to come in. As I go closer to the front door, I said " let me look first " haha after 10 minutes ( Silva Duarte ) was great...she did not put any pressure on me and help me out on getting this new Iphone 7 for my son ( Sahm Irvine ) Thank you AT& T you have a great employee very kind and very helpful. The works service. I am ATT employee, and I couldnt believe how bad I was treated. JT, the associate that took my case (twice) even told me he could not read notes from the case online...unbelievable. I am ATT employee, but I recommend you to go to Sprint before going to this store and that this JT takes care of you. BAD.

My mom has an older phone and she was having trouble with the texting. We walked in and Reggie was working. He took the phone, located the problem and fixed it. Quickly, efficiently and without a lot of chatter. He was totally professional. Thank you Reggie!

bad service ever ! dont chose this service ! AT&T lie to you ! I have issue lost signal almost three month ! They send me repair 3 times , but not fix all ! chose other service if you have !
