Sad to say, my experiences at this Sprint location have been fairly awful. The first was the purchasing process. Coming in as a new Sprint customer, I was told and shown the coverage map for the area. When shown the phone in the store, coverage appeared to be top notch. Turns out that it was being shown to me on their WiFI connection. After suffering from terrible coverage quality in the Manhattan Beach up to Playa Vista area, I called the store who, after a long discussion, felt it was the phone and offered to have me come in and exchange. No need to go into the details - but the time in the store was awful. Line confusion, where people waiting 30 minutes would be pushed to the back of the line when a new person came in and randomly caught the sales associates eye. One sales associate clearly flirting and taking their time "helping" out someone - even with a line out the door. Associate telling people to just come back later - randomly. Etc. Hearing a poor customer telling an associate theyd just called the store 10 minutes earlier and were told to come in - and now theyre being told that what was told over the phone was wrong and they need to go elsewhere - but then not offering to call that store to see if that store will even support the issue! Ive avoided this store since, and hope that when I finally go back, these issues have been rectified.

Im pretty surprised by the previous reviews. I can only assume that those reviews are old and the Stores service has improved markedly since I had a good shopping experience there. Had been a customer of AT&T for years until I got frustrated with the number of dropped calls and poor data service on my phone. I decided to move both lines to Sprint and visited the Manhattan Beach store looking for the new Evo 4G phone. I was impressed by the service. They had run out of stock of the phone but took my number and gave me a call when new stock arrived. Angel & Jeff provided the sales support and did a great job! My first Evo 4G developed a dead pixel and the store was quick to acknowledge the fault and replace my phone. Watch out AT&T, Sprint has the potential of becoming the Southwest Airlines of the Wireless Carriers! Ive also called the store a number of times (to check whether new EVO 4G stock arrived) and my call was always answered.

This store has the worst customer service, the longest wait time average 1 hour, and I cannot get through by telephone. I am on hold then disconnected 5 times in a row. The staff is not properly trained on their equipment and cannot explain the various features properly and some of them are poor trouble shooters. I returned 2 phones over 60 days ago and still do not have the credit applied to my account. In fact, my service was shut off for the first time in 15 years because of the balance on the account which the store has not credited! Buyer Beware do not bill phone equipment to your Sprint account.

multiple times working with this location -- always terrible customer response time by phone - disconnected, hold for long time and then dropped - busy signals -- cannot believe it is a PHONE store! Was told it was a fluke the first time it happened - that phones were down -- but here it is 5 months later and seems they have not resolved the problem. Go to the store -- just as bad -- long wait times. I am thinking it may be time to switch away from Sprint....

Rude and unknowledgable employees. Manager wasnt any better. Went into store less than 2 weeks from upgrade date to upgrade phone and was treated like an idiot. I was repeatidly cut off and rudely spoken to by 2 customer service reps and the manager. Used to buy all my devices for my family here but will no longer spend my money at this location!

Worst service , I dont recommend this store to anyone. Go to the store at 120th street Hawthorne and see the difference in service. I would give a zero star if possible.

This store does not know the meaning of custoemr service. The automated system cant seem to connect you to anyone and hangs-up on you after a minute.
