I love the portrait studio at this location because it is beyond amazing. However, when I went to the major appliance department to buy a new washer and dryer I was treated awfully. I was helped a obese man named, Chai and he was very rude to me. When I asked him how I can add extra water to one of the LG washers he rudely insinuated that he dose not know and that I should call the LG company if I had any other questions. He then swiftly went away. I was actually interested in buying one of the appliances, but I decided not to because I am not going to put my hard-earned money into the hands of a person who does not even know what he is doing especially given the fact that he is going to make a commission on it.

Great location, the self staff is Minority based. Quite capable of handling a huge workload , some of the employees lack enthusiasm and others have well rounded personalities. This particular JCPenneys is run and adequately and the stores kept clean and well organized most of the aisles are clutter free and are not in disarray like many other department stores. The sales representatives here really are one-of-a-kind because they take pride in keeping the store top shape.

I dont do my clothes shopping here but I do enjoy going downstairs to their new home section. Everything is set up like IKEA with little rooms showing you what your room could look like. It is much more pleasant to the eye to see it displayed then stacked on shelves. They vastly expanded their kitchen supplies by adding in some big name collections. They set up a couple different kitchens and I think they will be doing some demonstrations down there as well.

They SUCK here!!! I took in my husbands chan to get fixed and when i went to pick it up they never sent it out then told me they could fix it and that they would buy me out but not pay me back me $50 warranty. On top of the that if i did want them to buy me out they would send it out which will take 3WEEKS for me to get me money back when Ive been waiting around for a month.

Came all the way from Downtown L.A. To buy a jacket.. Website showed availability at Del Amo in the size I wanted... They had 1 freakin jacket size XXL The few employees I saw, where too busy fooling around... No wonder JcPenney has failed... Ill never be back.. Thanks for a wasted Friday afternoon... BUMS

Great selection of items and things on sale as well. The part I was not too happy about was that it took me 20 minutes or more to be able to find a staff member to assist me with finding a shoe size i needed. Not sure where all the staff was but they where not available or near by to ask for assistance.

Service was a little slow the ladies in the Sephora section are not courteous if youre not thin and fit they make you wait!I got a look like what did this woman want, Im a full figure person and I didnt get the service I want it

I like this place cause it has a bunch of clothes that are on clearance and percentage off.Ive been goin here for a long time, definitely would recommend to other people to shop here.

I couldnt find a map of the store layout. I dont like having to wait for someone to be available to ask questions about where things are at nor do I like interrupting anyone.
