I cannot believe how absolutely incredible the people at Celestron are! I went to their facility with my non-working NextStar 8SE and, even though I didnt have an appointment, and they ushered me right in. They were so patient and respectful as I explained the issue and how desperate I was get it working again (I had several astronomy outreach events coming up). Hector, who works in the repair dept, was able to get the scope running in just a few short hours and back out I went. Unfortunately something else was also occurring with my scope and it stopped working again. I was able to call Hector and explain what I was seeing on my hand controller and he immediately said Celestron would take care of it ASAP. They sent me a new mount to replace the defective one and now, with their amazing help, everything is working perfectly! I was very happy with my Celestron experience - the company makes a good product, their staff is super helpful and they went above-and-beyond in their customer service. Whenever I decide to replace my NextStar 8SE, it definitely will be with another Celestron telescope.

These guys are just amazing. I went in to look at the dimensions of a celestron 8in 1000mm and a celestron 6 in, they didnt just help me with it , they also answered a couple of questions I had and gave me an advice of which one to get, that was back then when I was buying my second telescope from celestron, now I have two reflectors and a Schmidt–Cassegrain all from celestron, be aware this is not a store but you could come in and they would be more than happy to assist you and help you do a better choice.

My friend and I recently bought a Celestron PowerSeeker 70AZ telescope and are extremely pleased. We looked for reviews online before we bought it and some people said that it was hard to set up and very blurry. We found it easy to set up and very, very easy to focus. The only reason you would have it blurry is if you didnt know how to focus (by turning the knobs). We will be buying many more telescopes from Celestron and we recommend it to everyone.
