The deals are great, if you can find it that is. Their merchandise changes weekly so if you go in with getting something in mind, chances it wont be there. A good mindset is going in thinking "Lets see what good deals there are." Merchandise on the sales paper are on shelves generally on sunday. You must act fast because things especially electronics like dvd players, Tvs and bluetooth headsets sell out on the first day. The customer service is okay. At the crenshaw and rosecrans Big lots there is employee that was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how much effort he put into trying to find exactly what I was looking for. He is the only young asian guy there. Hes also hot.

i love this store!store manager its very helpful(jose) this store its very clean,i find good deals!but just had a couple of issues with one of the employees(jerry)he had bad customer service! and thats not the first time,i asked him for a gazebo and he straight out said they dont have it in stock,i also went the next day and a helpful employee came with a smile offering help, i asked for the same item again.she went back and checked for me,she said they had 5 in stock.i would appreciate her help..very nice customer service..i would like to thank SAIDY for her service,i also took an extra items that she helped me to find!biglots should have more employees like her.

While waiting to pay for my stuff a clerk took a person who was behind me in line before me because he was from the same country as her and refused to do the same for me and when I reported her to the manager he did nothing to my knowledge..needless to say i left and I did not get the stuff that I was going to purchase which was over 100 dollars and I think that person that they took before me was only spending maybe 5 bucks..

We go to Big Lots for pet items,but there are many more deals and bargains. They have food, beauty products, household, garden and just about everything one needs at very friendly prices!

I can always find a bargain here, and at times, they even have random things that I cant find anywhere else. I usually walk out with a couple of things that I didnt even know I needed!

This store is so close to where I occassionally visit, that I just HAVE to stop by and mooch around. Staff were really nice and shelves were full. Found plenty to buy, and so I did!
