We purchased wall mounted barres for our studio. They were unusable and Alva refused to so anything to resolve the problem (see explanation below). We gave you Alva, including Tom the owner, every opportunity to do the right thing. They did nothing. We purchased Harlequins barres and rate them 5 stars. From my correspondence: - The barres were warped as much as 7/8” over less than 4’ - Overlap with an adjacent barre due to warp prevented proper hanging - Center distances on the holes are off 1” - The mounting hole depths on all of the barres were inconsistent I have descriptive photos.
