I went into this location to get new sheets for my bed. It took me 15 min just to find an employee to help me with questions. It was pretty empty. I had to go to the front to the registers to get them to call someone to that department to help me. Took forever. Then when finally someone came to help. He kept helping other people that asked questions around when I was asking him questions. Very unprofessional and rude. Not coming back here again

On March 5th 2016 around 10am I had a horrific experience with one manager who was rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and he was obviously having a bad day because what came from his mouth was a racist belittling comment. Being that he was the manager this is my only recourse. He should be terminated.

Over crowded to look like they offer a wide variety of merchandise, but they really dont. If you plan on shopping their be prepared to apologize and say excuse me a lot. Two people cannot fit side by side in one isle.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is massive, with tons of inventory. They could use a little more variety when it comes to the bathroom sets, but other than that theyre great.

Awful service! Everyone working there in a bad mood, couldnt care less about the customers, no one to help on the floor, 4 cash reg. Open, but all stuck! Never had this experience before!

The store is HUGE!!! The only reason I give it 4 stars is the esclator is frequently broken and I lost my phone. But.. the staff is SO dedicated and even offered to look for my phone.
