All I can say is wow. First of all the lady working in deli should not be helping customers. I tried to be friendly with her and I waited patiently. When she did come to the counter she treated me as if I was an inconvenience and a customer must be the worst thing the she have to deal with her eyes rolled she did not smile at me I even smiled at her and told her thank you and she said nothing she was very rude as well as a couple other people in the store and I will never ever go to that store again I will also let my family members know but that is not a place to spend your money on on groceries. I know we all have bad days in life but nothings ever so bad that you have to treat people rudely when theyre being nice to you.

Amanda wannagat,dont judge people just like that. I worked for this F*** company for 14 long years. For three long years i had to worked trying really hard to put my best smiling on my face,if you see unhappy employees is not you or them is the f*** companys fault they threat employees like sh**. They mistreated me so bad eventually my body just gave up. I love nice people as a cashier i got to meet so many awesome customers like you . I believe one smile can make a different in some ones life when we are strongly to be happy.

Deli staff has been helpful and friendly the times I have been there. In one occasion there was a younger kid that was probably just on his first shift asking the other staff a lot of things on how to do and get things. I usually come for the deli combos. sandwiches, chicken and salads as well as their salad bar area that is my favorite always with great choices and reasonable prices.

I would have rated 5 stars but withholding one due to the floor renovation going on right now. The produce is fresh, though a bit costly. The bakery has among the best cakes in the area. I love the salad bar. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards membership. It is free, gets you better prices, points to use get cheaper fuel and the free stuff every Friday is the cherry on top.

While in the juice aisle a guy knocked a juice container off the shelf and it spilled. I told him Id let them know. When I told the woman at the register she says, "Some guy, huh?" Accusing me of doing it! Very rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to help avoid an accident. If anybody talked like that to a customer at the store I used to work at, theyd be fired.

No wi-fi. Really? Ralphs pushes use of its app but heaven forbid they share a smidgen of bandwidth to do it. This isnt even the bad part. I work 2nd shift so I shop late often. Go to this location say min before it closes and the entire back refrigerated section is already closed. If you needed milk, cheese, eggs or other necessities your out of luck.

Clean. . friendly employees! Go above and beyond to assist with any questions. Made to order sushi. Great bakery! Awesome service in the deli and sandwich dept. Cook fish for you on site (so your house doesnt smell). Management are key!!! Really make the store come together!!

Ralphs is great when it comes to Big Grocery Stores. While prices vary a bit across the stores, you can usually find what you need at competitive prices. I suggest buying Kroger or Ralphs Brand Products to save a pretty penny. Great overall selection of many brands of food.

Ralphs is more expensive more than other options out there, but it is a good shopping experience. They have all the items you may need. The only downside is that Kroger items are more expensive here than at Food 4 Less, even for the same product.

Always have the best produce and market items, a little pricey but I just watch my labels. Friendly staff and management, wonderful selection of cheeses that rival the variety of Bristol Farms or Trader Joes.
