Its very clear that this store doesnt keep to the standards of customer service and honesty that Sprint typically has. I suggest doing exactly what i did if they screwed up your account, lied to you, probably Patrick did that or the store Manager who refuses to get on the phone and speak to a customer. Call the Corporate Offices and call sprint to bypass the bull this store pulls. Avoid a restocking fee by calling sprint themselves turn these in Professional treatment this store manager seems to condone. I was lied to, cussed at, hung up and threatened by Patrick. Telling me hed cancel things on my account. The store manager refused to get on the phone with me to discuss this is a adult like manner. No problem, I called filed complaints on both of them. Anyone else having problems i highly suggest you do the same. It also took a wonderful gentlemen named Brian in customer retention 2 days this past week to fix my account that Patrick screwed up when I transferred to Sprint. Have problems, call Sprint directly, youll get some help that way. This store is best to avoid and go somewhere that knows what acting professional means. Might take a little longer to return phones, completely worth it. Sprint will send a return kit. Save yourself a headache of deceptive personalities and go to another Sprint Store.

i came here to see if they can fix my problem that the Wilmington store screw up on and it turns here they are more rude than over there. the manager keith who can barely speak was smoking in the back room along with other of his colleges. He was rude and laughed at my face when i told him I needed to return this turns out these two store are sisters stores and nothing can be done. a lady was outside crying because she was treated very poorly and was even told to leave store. my question is does the owner not know of whats going on i guess so lady said she had posted a review on here and it was taken down and not by her where she stated how rude and miss leading and how Keith was looking at her and asking her out.. Im saving this because I will report this to the better business bureau. . I dont care if the owner replies to this and it better not be deleted I will file a lawsuit. Instead of replying you should maybe fix whats going on unless they know and they hide it but im sure the business bureau will look into it and follow with human resources. horrible company. so they are not corporate they are a franchise owned by ArchTelecom. Dont come here go elsewhere.

I had the best experience today at the Sprint Store at 1000 Western, S. P. The whole staff welcomed me with open arms, a smile and were so helpful. Arch is outstanding in his genuine personal warmth, coupled with so much patience in answering my unending questions:) His knowledge of the plans ended up helping me in areas I did not even know could be improved. I am saving money monthly now and that even includes an upgraded phone thanks to Arch Telecom. He is simply excellent! THANK YOU TEAM, Anita

Patrick is useless he does not do his job correctly. I have been with sprint 2 years and have had great service from a young lady that use to work their that has moved to the Carson store. Patrick does not care about customer satisfaction and could care less if customer get those issues resolved not good to have an employee like that it make company look bad. I guess that by the looks of other comments Sprint dont care cause he is still employed there. Not GOOD for business

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Im actually happy with my cell phone carrier for the first time, since cell phones came out!!! Patrick has been more than helpful, answering all my questions, when I converted from Android to Apple, making the switch has been seamless! I also enjoy how easy everything is, from payment to upgrades, and everything in between!!!! Thanks Patrick, and the team on 1000 n western!!!

They told us we would get credit for switching over from att to sprint. 200 for each line. I even confirmed with them before I left and they said I would receive it in the mail. Now Im at another sprint store and they are saying I could have received 50 each line but now its too late. Ive had the service for a month and a half.

Not a corporate store. Employees dont seem to be taken care of. What you see online, according to the staff, is incorrect. If you want the cellphone buying experience to be more conplicated and expensive. Check out this store.
